Is it possible to add links to Confluence Forms checkbox group labels?

I am creating a checkbox group using the Confluence Forms Edit 'Checkbox Group' Macro. While the form works I cannot seem to add a hyperlink to the Label. I need hyperlinks in my survey questions. I tried using wiki markup and html but the browser is not rendering the hyperlink.
