How to read section content of pageLayout from the confluence page?

Hi All

In confluence how to read the body or content from the particular section? I want to read the section content also I want to edit the content with the help of script runner for confluence.

Is there any way to do this without touching the other sections?

In the above screenshot, there are two sections in the confluence page.I want to read and update the second section.How to do it using script runner?

please help me to do this..
