How to attach a file from a URL link

Hi,

I'm receiving the URL (links) of a file in an email that should be turned into an issue, with the file attached. Is there a way to do this?

Example:

The field value of the URL (of the file) is "www.xxx.com/my-cv.pdf"

I need to attach my-cv.pdf to the issue (automatically).

Anybody knows how to do this? Any helps/hints appreciated! :)
