Code which includes jql to get the failed tests from test execution not working

I have added script in the workflow post function and the script is to update the failed issues count when a test execution is passed/failed.

Code is triggering when the workflow transition happening but the field is not updated correctly. When i am executing the code from script field it's working perfectly. Can anyone suggest some solution?
