Search across Atlassian and third-party apps with Rovo Search

- Admin-managed connectors: These are set up by an administrator to establish a connection between Rovo and a third-party app in order to access its data while still respecting users' permissions.
- Smart link connectors: These connectors donโt require an administrator to use smart link data to show results based on individual user permissions.
Only org admins can authenticate a connector to Rovo.
Unleash the power of Rovo Search in Chrome
- Open the Chrome Web Store and select Extensions in the left column.
- Browse or search for โRovoโ, then click Add to Chrome.
- Review the types of data that the extension will be able to access. Click Add extension.

Org admins may choose to install the Rovo Chrome extension on behalf of an organization.

Extend Rovo Chat capabilities to your Chrome browser

Rovo does not use information on private web pages, such as medical sites or bank account information, to infer answers to user prompts.
Access Agents
- In the Rovo Chat window, users can find Rovo Agents using the search bar or filters like Favorites and My Agents.
- Through the Editor in Confluence or Jira, by typing the shortcut /rovo.

To use Rovo AI features on content, it needs to meet Atlassianโs Acceptable Use Policy.
Make the most of the capabilities offered by Rovo
Admins manage access to Rovo
Rovo respects app permissions, so users can only see and modify content they have permission to see or modify.
