If the audio or video playback isn’t working in your on-demand lesson, try these steps:
- Use a different web browser. Chrome users typically have the best experience
- Update the web browser
- Restart your computer
- If you can, try another device
Live team training lab support
During your live team training session, you may have a hands-on lab component. Your instructor will guide you through all the details during class and can help you troubleshoot any problems.
If you’re taking Data Center courses, your instructor will send you a link to the virtual machine that contains your lab environment.
Before your live training class, you can verify the following computer requirements:
- Unrestricted internet access
- Financial, governmental, and similar organizations typically restrict their networks. If you are using a computer attached to a restricted network, accessing the lab environment may require intervention from your IT team.
- Network bandwidth of > 150Kb/sec per learner
- If you’re participating with other learners in a physical classroom, it is important that there is sufficient bandwidth for multiple connections (for example, > 1.5Mb/sec for 10 learners).
