Link Jira and Confluence with shortcuts
You can link Jira spaces to Confluence spaces to easily share and reference information between the apps. Jira spaces and Confluence spaces typically have a one-to-one relationship, but some Jira spaces may be linked to multiple Confluence spaces, or some Confluence spaces may be linked to multiple Jira spaces.
Shortcuts always display in the space sidebar. Shortcuts only require the URL of the space and a label to use as the display name in the sidebar.
👉 For example: A Jira service space managing customer questions and complaints may have shortcuts to Confluence app documentation and help pages.
👉 Another example: A Confluence space for event planning has a shortcut to the Jira space where the team tracks their tasks.
