- Enable beta features for each app, giving teams early access to new AI capabilities.
- Enable web searches, allowing Rovo to surface public web information alongside your internal content.

- Automatically connect to AI tools that Atlassian partners with. You can block supported domains if you do not want them to access your Atlassian apps.
- Add and manage your own trusted domains to authorize access to the Rovo MCP server.

TIP: Changes made in AI Settings take effect immediately for all users in your organization. Review these settings regularly to ensure your Rovo and AI features align with your security and privacy policies.

TIP: Permissions for Rovo Studio features vary by role. Creating Company Hubs, Virtual Service Agents, or automation rules requires space, site, or organization admin permissions. Creating Jira Assets requires the Assets Admin role. All admin and user roles can build and configure Rovo Agents.
