      We have a lot of personal spaces in Confluence and I noticed a few of the staff no longer work in the company. I plan to shut these down but I noticed some of them have changed the space permissions. As the site administrator I can't go into the space tool or pages to relocate or delete any work.       Is it possible to make the ‘what did you change’ field mandatory? Unfortunately I don’t have access to the backend other than the admin panel so I’m hoping there may be something I’m missing in the setting.
