such a shame we can't just remove ourself. It's going to take ages to find new owners 😩

@Marie Casabonne - Perfect, thank you

I've enabled the beta on our sandbox. Looks very interesting but still a little disappointing that app permissions continue to blend in with user permissions. All it does it creates a lot of noise and gets in the way when you need to manage user access. Would be good if we could have a separate filter for app permissions:

When is this new update being released? I've not seen anything yet

When is this rolling out?

Could we revisit how the search bar is displayed in page view mode? From your screenshot, it stretches across the header and pushes the menu into the sidebar, making the main content less accessible. As the sidebar is already quite full, moving more elements there may cause frustration for users and customers. The current…

I would also love to know if this is possible. Our company won't allow us to switch on Atlassian Intelligence.

What I like about parent pages is that our staff can include a summary of what that section covers, giving us a clear understanding of all the child pages. Folders don't offer a way to specify the contents of the child pages. While this might not be important to some, it's always good to know what the child pages are.

I'm hoping someone from the Atlassian team sees this but I would love for them to finally add version control to Confluence Cloud templates. The current setup allows space owners to modify each other's templates, leading to frequent issues where changes need to be undone. We've tried to mitigate this by setting internal…

When do Premium customers see this change?

Nice little feature. Please please pleaaaaase can you ask whoever looks after the permission tools to have a dedicated tab for app permissions. Blending app permissions with user permissions on Confluence Cloud is confusing and just gets in the way.
-
Do you know if this is possible yet?

When is this coming out? Have you got anymore pictures to share?

Just for the standard version alone which doesn't even allow their customers to classify their page will cost $49,000 a year 😳

Brandfolder and Confluence serve different purposes but can complement each other in certain scenarios. Brandfolder primarily focuses on digital asset management (DAM) for brand assets, while Confluence is a collaboration and documentation tool. Here's a comparison: * Purpose:* Brandfolder: Primarily for managing and…

I would love this feature but I don't think its available.
-
I have quite a few concerns with this if you decide to roll this feature out to all Cloud customers. I really hope that we can switch this off from a global level so that we don't need to go through the hundreds of spaces to disable it. We should also have the option to restrict space admins from enabling this feature from…

Now there is a hover over action for the title and banner option, can we shift everything up to get rid of that annoying white space between the formatting tools and page tools: For people using laptops, you want to maximise the workspace area to create content.
-
Exactly what I needed, thank you so much.
-
I love this!!! Thanks to the automation team for adding this. Can you add page version and content body to the smart value please? 🙂 I'm now waiting on being able to add smart values to our Confluence templates.
-
Good question. And ServiceNow 🙂
-
Ahh damn it I was hoping there was the option. I hope that some day in the near future Atlassian moves them all into their own App Permissions tab then. Thanks for letting me know.

While this may not sound like an exciting feature, Atlassian needs to introduce a better version control system. Every time a page is saved, it goes straight to live. It needs to be updated so that we're able to identify what documents are working versions and which ones are revision versions published live for customers…
-
Sadly there isn't any documents to cover this so its probably not possible. Such a shame because we need a way to show that we're classifying our pages, and labels would help us to achieve this.
-
Hi Craig, thanks for your reply. The Analytics feature is only available with a Confluence Data Center licenses. View insights on your site | Confluence Data Center and Server 8.6 | Atlassian Documentation

Would also be good if we can restrict the announcement banner to certain groups next .

@Nidhi Raj - Thank you for getting back. Unfortunately this is not my thoughts. Giving page authors the power to publicly share links without any review by security or a document controller is a high security risk for any company. Leak of company data is a recipe for disaster which can cause irreversible damage. I know…

This feature would be welcomed but our security department will loose their mind when they find out confidential pages can be shared publicly. You can't always trust page authors. Please tell me that we can switch this feature off or that there will be a feature so that if someone wants to share a page, it needs to be…

This is a very good question. I would also like to know if there is a solution for this. We need to use the pageid as the unique identifier for that document if someone exports the page as PDF.
-
A very important feature for us would be to add a classify page option to the list as well. This is something our company take very seriously. Not having a proper solution to classify pages is a nightmare. We plan to use the page status for this but having this feature built in would be incredible. Example:
