How to automate time tracking on jira?
Hi everyone, I have worked with Jira Service Desk (JSD) before an time tracking was automatic: Timer starting and stopping were triggered by task status changes. In Jira, I noticed that time is entered manually and couldn't see the same option as JDS. Did I miss something or shall I use an add-on? Any suggestions?
