Hi Community! I'd like to share with you all this recent KB article we published on Automation's IF / ELSE Block Condition: * Scheduled Automation rule with IF ELSE Block Condition not working as expected in Jira The diagnosis is simple yet can drive one mad 🤯: * The Automation rule is triggered by scheduled JQL * There…

Hi Community! Here at Atlassian Support we hold our Knowledge Base very dearly! ❤️ Not only it's immensely helpful for us to provide you all support, but it's also a great way to share knowledge and allows users to find solutions on they own! KBs (short for Knowledge Base articles) are updated all the time, so we thought…

Hi Community! This is a kind of survey, really. Please comment below! 😉 I'd like to know if you Admins would regularly visit, if available, a page that'd list all recently updated KB articles. Like this example: That's quite simple to do — what's tricky is to distinguish between Cloud and Server/DC articles up front…

Hi Community! When troubleshooting slowness or contentions in Jira we usually rely on Thread dumps. When there's a ScriptRunner Groovy script involved, it shows up in the Thread's Stracktrace in an aliased form: Script2$_run_closure1.doCall(Script2.groovy:21) My question is if there's a way to trace which script exactly is…

Hi Community! I'm presenting this topic at São Paulo User Group (🇧🇷) and would like to share it abroad to other Groups as well! The examples are on Jira but Userscripts work for any web page or app! If you'd like me to present the topic to an Atlassian Community Event of your local Group, please leave a comment below! 😃…

Hi Enterprise Community! 'hope you all find yourselves safe & sound! 🤗 I'm reaching out to hear from you if you'd appreciate a page to list the most recent KB articles updates: How about keeping up with recent KB article updates? The caveat is it lists both articles for Cloud and DC/Server. Would you still find it valuable…

(they're not as lucky to be a Jira Admin like you!) It's a human thing actually, isn't it? Specially in "provider—consumer" relationships, we seem to blame the end-user quite often: * The products' not malfunctioning, it's the user using it wrong; (hardware) * The products' not malfunctioning, it's the user using it wrong;…

Oi pessoal!
