It was gone on our wallboard for a while. It re-appeared recently. As we have stylebot for our wallboard anyways to add dark mode to some other resources that we cycle through that don't have a dark mode themselves, I just added a CSS rule to get rid of the message once and for all. It's a really bad workaround, not a…

Hi @shreyas69. I had to do some digging myself, when I last looked it was still available from the marketplace. You can find the last version of the plugin in the archive: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/archive/24440 It still works for us, but I can't guarantee functionality. You can download version 1.4.2 from the…

Mine will probably be something like this. :D I'm having a training on moderation techniques for the better part of the week.

For some reason last Friday I felt like the This is: Limp Bizkit playlist on Spotify. Nice stuff to get back to every now and then and dwell in fond memories of the past. :-)

During University I worked in the customer center of the local zoo. I once sold an annual season ticket to a German rapper without realizing (not that into rap music). I helped him fill in the form and then sent him to the cash registers. A colleague came up to me and said, "Dude, was that Samy Deluxe right there?" He…

My job? Certainly. "You know those booklets that you get in the box with your new electronics stuff? The ones you usually put in the trash or in some folder never to be seen again? I write those." Just kidding... :D It's usually much harder to explain what a variant configurator does (no, I won't pitch it here...). Lucky…

Hi @Bhakti Paranjpe! I am working with a German locale and for me some of the keyboard commands don't work either. The command for calling the list of commands for me is either '?' or 'SHIFT + 7" instead of 'CTRL + SHIFT + /' (qwertz keyboard doesn't have a dedicated '/' key). I haven't tried 8 and 7 in the editor, but I…

I can't help you out with cats, I don't have those. But how about an athletic hamster? Or a grinning Pony? Sorry for the fuss with the gifs, but these are 100000 times funnier when animated. :) The gap between the glass and the platform is not larger than 1/4 inch, by the way...

I think the support article fixed our problem. I ran a power shell search on the attachments directory for "*moved_out_of_the_way" to get an idea of the scope and only got 8 results. There weren't many subpages to these 8 results so I was able to fix it by hand real quick. Have a nice weekend everybody! (hope you're not…

I just found the Pages can not be copied or images not loaded on a page article in the Support Tools after reproducing the error. I know that large portions of our structure have recently been moved. From my understanding the solution to this problem is not covered by the python script, but I'm not a python pro. Is my…

Thanks, @Alana Fernando, I'm doing my best. ;)

Hi Ann, the file that's still missing was the one I used to identify if a restore was possible. I didn't look *into* the folder if there's a file in it, but the folder with the respective ID was definitely there. I'll ask IT if they can look it up again and see if it's still there after the script was run. I don't have…

Great macro! I see some refinement potential against the code repetition, but it's cool as it is. Unfortunately our customers still only get PDF versions of our documentation. I haven't tried, but I bet the Scroll exporters won't support this eye candy. :)

I'm an expert in winding my way out of "unattractive" chores. Clearing out the garage or basement would be my kryptonite, I think. It does happen every now and then.

Oh, there's another situation that I assume to be the reason for inline comments sometimes not working where they should: If you have solved a previous inline comment, it is not deleted completely. The editor always tries to retain the position of solved comments. Sometimes the highlighting for a new comment starts after…

Hi Max. There are a couple of situations where inline comments don't work. It's not an exact science and includes a lot of guesswork. This is what I can recall out of experience and on short notice: * Inside Macros Inline Comments don't work in the majority of my user macros (maybe all?). They do sometimes work in macros…

Hej Ulrika! In Germany we don't have a holiday for the solstice. A quick read-up revealed to me, that apparently some pats of Germany do have cultural-ish festivities. I have only lived in Lower Saxony and we never had celebrations other than those of a commonly known large furniture store. I believe our Maifest is…

Dirk is my superior, he uses the same plugin. :-p He just wanted to have an issue he can vote on, I guess. Jens

Hi Shannon, seems our answers crossed. I was able to temporarily solve the issue by disabling the xTables plugin. I can't do that in our productive system until I recall who asked me to install it. I already reached out to the developer and kind of hope that Carl has the same or a similar plugin installed. Jens

Hi @Carl Dotson, do you by chance also have one or the other table enhancement plugins installed? We use both Table Enhancer and xTables for different use cases. Since Table Enhancer is only active when the table is embedded in the macro body, I deactivated xTables in our staging system. With xTables deactivated, the issue…

Thanks for the comprehensive list. We just had a creative company leave with a workshop on how to make Confluence work better for our company. The list is definitely going to be uploaded (in fact it already is). My most used shortcut besides 'E' I believe to be 'T'. As Dmitry pointed out further above, the Source Editor is…

Hi Shannon, Here you go, this is in comparison to the source view. The issue is not that the profile macro doesn't show. But with the profile macro in a table cell (even a 1x1) the functionality is broken. Clicking on "Edit" opens a portion of the editor, but doesn't load the content. The address bar shows the URL of the…

Hi, for what it's worth 2 years later, I created a small User Macro that kind of works like the Atlassian version. We are not using it right now, because the reporting of the KB Survey macro is a bit messy. You can add an issue collector to the enc-feedback-ticket section, which we didn't do because of the messy reporting.…

Hi Shannon, if you try to replicate this, make sure that the profile contains additional Information other than the full name and email address. It only fails if the little table is included below. Edit: Forgot to mention -- this also fails in 6.8.1 and 6.9.1. Cheers Jens
