Hi, @John Dunkelberg yes Jira Work Management is for Cloud-only. 

Hi @Esther Strom thanks for your question! Jira Work Management will replace Jira Core. So all users that are using Jira Core today will have Jira Work Management when it's live.

If you're unable to use the Google form or would not like to, I'm happy to have you email me at cmaynard@atlassian.com and send the template information that way. @Mirek thank you so much for your comments. I think you hit the nail on the head! Leaders need to be bought into Confluence for it to truly take-off.
