Hi, As long as i know, there is no any tool out-of-the-box to do what you want, but: 1. You can totally remove Introduction from System Dashboard. 2. Use some custom JavaScript to hide it if user is not logged in. 

It seems to me no, but who knows. For now Plugins2 framework plugins are the only solution for server edition.

Hi, You need to obtain a token via special REST call to external API. And then use this token in your interactions with this API. As for me, i use ScriptRunner for such things. But there are many other scripting plugins on marketplace, check for them.
