Please refer to points 1 and 2 to the solution I posted, @Fabian Hußl. I added -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8 Unfortunately I can't tell your right now if this also fixed the search results. To be honest I've never used that dialog and just discovered that the feature seems to be broken on our instance.…

Welcome to the community @Redfox . Please be a bit more specific and provide more background information. Are you using JIRA server or JIRA cloud? Did you install the Workflow Enhancer for Jira plugin? Can you provide e.g. a screenshot from your screen showing the available options when configuring the conditions of a…

The "Remaining Values" are the sum of all estimates of tickets that are part of the sprint (have the sprint in question in their "sprint" field) and do not have reached a status mapped to the right-most column of the scrum board. So if "Closed" is mapped to the right-most column of your scrum board and "Resolved" is mapped…

Have you tried running JIRA on a virtual machine? This makes it relatively easy to create backups/ snapshots etc. Virtualizing JIRA (JIRA on VMware)
-
Prism does support Gherkin for JIRA, @Nos Him.
-
Thanks for the interesting suggestion, @Glib . We're running JIRA on premises though and are currently not looking for additional tools in that technology stack.
-
Great! Glad I could help. I'll mark this as the solution to your question then.
-
Thanks for staging that, @Sloan N_ B_. I currently don't have an admin access to a JIRA Service Desk cloud instance.
-
Currently I haven't heard of an addon that provides this functionality. JIRA and GANTT aren't two words that go well together,... it's all about agility after all. ;-) Where do you save the projects starting and end dates? Maybe there's an easy way to retrieve this information via JIRAs REST API. From there you could fetch…

Hello @Louis Persohn and welcome to the community. I would suggest moving the issues into a different project and also creating a back up of your instance before moving the issues to restore the whole project (if needed...). You could move issues from the Service Desk project into a JIRA Core project with a similar field…

Thanks for the clarification. If that happened on Confluence Cloud you should contact Atlassians Support directly: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ But the screenshot doesn't look like Cloud at all... are you sure you're on a Confluence Cloud instance?

Are you looking for this?

Hello @Chantal Scheurwater and welcome to the community! What do you mean exactly by "no longer see 'Spaces'"? Are you missing the button? Are you missing content from those spaces in your activity stream?

Here you go: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Integration-Jira-X-Trello/qaq-p/766608#M248320

Hello @Swadeep Singh and welcome to the community. You'll have to configuring a field configuration scheme for that. Within that scheme you can associate an issue type with a field configuration. So Test Cases and Task then can use different field configurations.
-
Hello @Stany and welcome to the community. Maybe some addons may help to provide the functionality you're looking for. E.g. Timesheet Reports and Gadgets or Mobius Timesheet - Time Tracking Reports (cloud only).

Hello @Ronny Büchner and Herzlichen Willkommen to the community! This could can have several possible causes. Did you already go through the Application Links Troubleshooting Guide? Maybe something related to the SSL certificates?

I think in that case you could configure a second transition within that workflow that has the condition that it is only visible to users in a certain group. So if all the customers that are authorized to approve requests are in this group, then they can directly transition that issue to the next workflow step without…

You're right @Ben Erridge, this one looks even better. I've updated the gist. Thank you!

This looks too complicated for JIRAs out of the box functionalities. Did you already take a look at Scriptrunners Enhanced Search? Or maybe Nested JQLs using Power Scripts™ may help you out.
-
Hi @Michal Holtzman and welcome to the community. Out of the box JIRA doesn't provide this functionality. Can you describe in a bit more detail what's the use case for this or what conclusions you would like to draw from this information? Maybe by using a fix-version, JIRAs version reporting can provide you the information…
-
HI @Kudzi and welcome to the community. I would see two possibilities here: * Use JIRA Service Desk to display the web form or customize it (e.g. by using Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk) to fit into the design of your website. * Use a JIRAs REST API call to create a new issue when submitting the web-form.

This is tied to the boards estimate settings. So if your estimate using story points, there's theoretically no need for time estimates to be shown in this context. If you want to use that estimated field here you have to switch the boards setting to "Original Time Estimate".
-
correct, but this community is basically for all of Atlassians products. I'll see what I can do to get a Trello expert to look at your question.
-
Sry, @Robin Bergman Trello isn't really in my field of expertise.
-
just found out you're talking about Trello here... So my answer won't help much, sry.
-
Hello @Robin Bergman and welcome to the community. The easiest way to configure this is by using the exact query the board in question uses and adding AND assignee = currentUser() at the end. You get the filter query from the boards configuration here: or contact the boards owner/ admin, if you can't access the boards…
-
Can you provide a bit more information about the query you're using?
-
Hello @Michael Minoza and welcome to the community. As long as you have assignee in (Michael.Minoza) AND ([...]) as part of your boards query issues will always "disappear" as soon as they're assigned to somebody else. This heavily depends on what exactly you're trying to achieve here but maybe something like this may do…

Hello wangjg@quixmart.com and welcome to the community! Have you had a look at Atlassians documentation on Migrating users between user directories?
