Hi @Jamie Edmondson From what I'm seeing it looks like there are no filters at all on the roadmap. Everything's in there showing as All issue types. I just noticed I can add more than one source for issues. Maybe I can try that route to get more of the tickets in. Just have to build the queries right I think. 

I expanded the levels on the function and it still won't acknowledge the stories inside epics on the Advanced Roadmaps View. It only goes as far as epics. 

I'm using that function in my JQL already. It isn't pulling in any more tickets than before. Is there another spot I could look or try?

It's in the cloud and I thought I did have it enabled. It lets me use it. I wonder where I can go to check that. 

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I was thinking maybe he was referring to the Epic burndown and not the normal sprint one. 

I don't think it is though, @Tom Lister . I think I am missing tickets in my filter because I'm only getting back 270 ish tickets and there are a LOT more than that.

I agree with you. That was my approach on Server in the past, and has been so far in Cloud too. I think it should be standard in the Standard plan, but alas that's not the case currently.

Yes, the permissions in the sandbox can be different than your production instance. The thing to remember here is that the Sandbox is just a separate instance than your Production instance, and it is just labelled as sandbox for licensing purposes. 

One of the few things I can think of here, is that the escalated user mailbox might not have permissions in the project you are trying to access. Sometimes the users need licenses and access with roles permissions in the project to access it. 

This might work. I can't install it because of the cost, but thank you for the suggestion.

I'll take a look at the plugin. I might be able to install it if the cost is right.

I will explore this to see what I can do. It isn't mission critical if I can't get it to work, but it is a nice to have for the team. 

But for confluence and one that requires edit ability in the instance will require a paid seat. You can provide Anonymous access to readers in the public world for free. If you want to keep all content out of public eye then you need to pay for licenses for users to view the content too.

I will say it was a huge game changer for me once I was allowed to get it installed in one environment. I would invest in it again to get the advanced searching features alone. If not that one I'd find another similar plugin if you don't like Scriptrunner as an option.
