@Aline Veyradier thank you for raising - we have a fix for this rolling out now and should be fully rolled out in the next day or so. To answer your question- yes the top toggle with the radio button only turns the new nav on for you if you toggle it on. This toggle should read "Turn on just for you" (this is what we are…

@leecollings are you saying that the assignee field is in the edit screen for your project but still not editable on mobile?
-
Hi @barbi.balogh, You are correct, next gen projects don't support schemas. To do what you want to do you are better off going with classic projects and using schemas so that you don't need to recreate the issue type for each project.

Congratulations on shipping this app - it looks absolutely fantastic on mobile! It feels super slick and native which is not an easy feeling to achieve in a webview embedded inside a mobile app so well done to you and the rest of the team at Deviniti

Hi Demetrius, I am an Engineering Manager on the team that builds the Mac, iOS and Android apps for Jira. This Harvest Time Tracking is built by a 3rd party developer (not Atlassian) and they need to enable their app to work for the native apps in order for you to be able to use it. This pop-up you see should have a link…

Hi Andrew, It looks like you hit clear cache instead of clear data. If you clear data, rather than clear cache, it should solve the problem. We also have a fix for this rolling out in our next version v51 which should roll out early next week. Thanks for reporting and if even after clearing data the problem still persists…

edit: meant to reply inline, removing this.

Really cool to see this integration and can't wait to see what other interesting use cases people have to automate their Jira flows on their phone!
-
@Vivek Bohra you certainly can :)
-
Thanks for reporting this Alex, we have fixed this issue - if you or anyone else sees this kind of issue again, please don't hesitate to let us know via the in-app feedback. Cheers Josh
-
Hi Alex, Thanks for raising this with us - we got your email and will follow up to get more information from you there to help us debug. We have been trying to track down the root cause of this so when we do (hopefully soon with your help), and we have an update I will edit this answer to let other affected users know.…

Hi Steven, I am a senior developer on the Jira Android team. We are currently rolling out a fix for an issue which broke the boards screen showing the same error message you are seeing for boards that had issues with not issue type icon. Are you able to see any issues on the board that have no issue type icon? (This may…

Hi Eliah, Thanks for your patience with this. We have fixed the issue with right-to-left languages and the assignee search in version 37 which is currently rolling out. It is in our beta channel at the moment and will roll out to production users throughout the week. If you want the fix right away, you can sign up to…

Totally understand it is annoying! I will let you know when we have fixed it and which version of the app the fix will be in. Since you disabling it in your app, it should be irrelevent so i dont understand the problem. Yes exactly, it shouldn't be a problem but there is a bug on Google's side which means that some UI…
-
@Eliah Ninyo, I have a feeling it might be related to right-to-left (RTL) language/ device settings. Do you have your phone language set to a RTL language? Or do you have any other device settings that would cause some right to left behaviour? I see from the icons in the status bar that your battery, wifi, cellular signal…
-
@Eliah Ninyo Thanks for the screenshot, that is very helpful. It does appear to be a bug on our end, just need to understand what is happening so we can fix it - so I just have a couple of questions for you: 1. What device are you running the app on? 2. What OS version of Android is the device running? 3. If you tap the…

Hi @Mitch Wiemans Just letting you know we have started rolling out the ability for 3rd party add-ons with glances in the issue view in Jira to update their add-ons to start appearing within our official apps. So if you have a favourite app glance you want to see in mobile, get in contact with the developer and point them…
-
Hi Eliah, See the screenshots attached below and let me know if it looks different for you. The search field isn't focused by default but you can tap the part where it says 'Search assignees' to search for users to assign the issue to. Let me know if you don't see the same thing!
-
Hi Eliah, Are you able to search for the user you want to assign? If not, what happens when you try to search? If you could include screenshots or a video that would be helpful! Thanks, Josh (Developer on Jira Android)

Ah right, I see you're on the Jira Ops early access program which has ended. Comments from the Jira Android app will not show up in a Jira Ops issue, however since the early access program has ended, we are migrating the functionality of Jira Ops over to OpsGenie and you will soon not be able to use Jira Ops. You can read…

Hi @shukuyen Sorry I missed your comment - is this still an issue for you?
-
Interesting - I am not sure what the "Updates" section that you're referring to is, could you share a screenshot?
-
Hi Bradley - I am from the Jira Android team. I just stumbled across this comment by chance, this should not be happening - do you still see this happening/ are you able to reproduce it consistently?
-
@Manoj you say that the fields are already created by the 'JIRA developer' I am not exactly sure what you mean by this but if you mean that someone else is configuring what fields are in the issue, you need to ask them to add a 'Select list (cascading)' issue field to the issues in your project for you so you can populate…
-
Sorry, that is my mistake - no need for a post function. The auto assign to component lead is part of creating the component rather than a separate post function. Glad it is working for you :)
-
This is possible to do by creating a different field configuration for each project. See here for how to do this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/adding-editing-and-deleting-a-field-configuration-844500796.html
-
The best way I can think of for Jira without any plugins is to create a component (eg HTML) and set the component lead to one of the HTML devs then set up a post function on the issue creation transition to assign the issue to the component lead on creation. The drawback to this is that you can only have one component lead…

This is not do-able out of the box in jira as far as I can tell unless you make Bug A and Bug B two different issue types, which is what I would recommend here. They may both be types of 'bugs', but if they have different field requirements, in Jira you should treat them as different issue types.
-
Hi @Fred Bosman You can simply add 4 custom date fields to your issues and name them as you have in the question to get the due dates into your issues. As far as setting alerts against these due date fields you create, I found this from another community question and I think it is a good solution:…

Hi @AMaras Unfortunately there is no way to set the default filter that appears when you click on the issues tab yet. There is an open feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71176 You should vote on that issue and watch it for any updates.
