  • Hello. First, I can give you some good news about the left hand navigation panel. There is a way for you to pin the board navigation to the left via the Board Switcher panel. If you turn this on, it will be remembered as a preference whenever you open a board. This ability was added back in July in response to a lot of…
  • Hello. I'm part of the Trello product team and would like to understand the behavior you are seeing. To answer your question, we have not changed how the rules work for the Your Tasks, Up Next and Highlight sections of the Home page. But there could be a bug. When you say you are only seeing old comments and no checklists,…
  • You can still change the Trello Slack App settings to send to any board (skip the inbox). * In the list of 3rd party apps in the Slack left hand navigation panel, select Trello. * On the Home tab, there are settings, one is the "Skip card customization" toggle. When it is set to "Skip", the card automatically goes to the…
  • Hi @Mikk Noorkoiv I'm a Trello Product Manager and can answer questions on AI settings. Can I assume you are sending the Slack message to the Inbox and not to a board? Correct, me I'm wrong on that. The AI setting in Workspace control how AI is used or not used within boards in that workspace. The Inbox exists outside of…
  • Hi @Russ DonRussello I'm investigating internally what changed about the field and why it is not showing the last active date any longer. In the meantime, while this is a manual and not ideal solution, you can export the user list from AdminHub and it contains each of the last access dates for your users by product. I…
  • Hi @Vangelyn Wong I'm sorry this is happening. I can't replicate the issue in the Beta experience. When you opt-out of Beta via the BETA button in the top navigation, does the permission error go away? We can troubleshoot a little here in Community or you may get a better response if you report this issue with Trello…
  • We have heard similar feedback and are working on making the navigation clearer. Thanks for your feedback. - beth
  • We've heard similar feedback and are working on some changes to make the buttons more intuitive and provide options on what content is always visible. I admit it was a bit to get used to for myself but now I appreciate the more modern layout and having to scroll less :) cheers, beth
  • Hi @Nicholas Rutledge I would expect the Automation and Power-up buttons to appear on the card back both in Web and Desktop, so this may be a bug. To confirm, you see the below in a web browser but not your desktop app on Windows 11? This is a screenshot from my desktop app but it is running on a Mac.
  • Hi @kanda The Beta program is wrapping up and we are in the process of moving all Trello users to the new experience. Today, all new users get the new experience and in the coming weeks so will everyone else. Can I ask why you want to switch to the standard/older version? Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @Martin Curiel You should have the new card back design starting next Monday. Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @symeon.breen You are likely part of the control group and will get the new card back design starting next Monday. Cheers, Beth
  • We've opened up a bug report for this issue. Thanks again for reporting.
  • There isn't at the moment to display comments under the main content of the card. But this isn't the first time I've heard this type of feedback. And I appreciate you providing extra weight to the idea of flexible display for the card sections. To double down, you can always submit feedback via the feedback button on the…
  • Hi @Joan_Oliva Thank you for reporting. I can replicate the issue you are seeing. Out of curiosity, I'd like to understand your usage of this feature. When do you end up printing out cards? Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @Fraser Booth Are you referring to the new layout when you open a card? We have significantly changed the layout and have added a button that will hide the comments and activity sections which does make the card more compact. Or are you referring to another part of the app?
  • @Amanda Farah Cox Support was able to dig into more of the actions on the shared board and one of the workspace members archived 3 lists on May 12th. Could you check archived items again and toggle to look at archived lists?
  • I'm in parallel asking for advice from our team. In the data I have access to, I see there are 3 open cards on your shared board? Is that accurate? or is there no cards at all?
  • If I'm looking at the right board . . . which I may not be. I can see 3 boards in the workspace you are a member of. At least in one case, the last action on the board were to archive an open card. Could you check that the cards you are expecting to see have been archived? In case you haven't done that before, it is in the…
  • Hi @Joe Sadonis You won't lose any of your cards or content in the Inbox and Planner or any boards. There are some features that will become paid when the Beta ends; this is what the message is meant to convey. Paid features (Standard+): * AI used during quick capture methods like email, Slack, and MS Teams. You'll still…
  • Hi @Amanda Farah Cox To help diagnose, you are enrolled in the Beta correct? i.e you see a purple BETA button in the type navigation bar. What happens when you, opt-out of Beta via that option menu in that button?
  • Hi @Mike Durante I wasn't familiar with Planyway so I watched their video. The big difference I see is that Trello Planner that we are building natively is very much a personal view of your calendar(s) and not accessible for a team of people where Planyway is built for this. If that is important to how you use Trello,…
  • Hi Susa, You can exit beta via the BETA button in the top navigation bar. Do you see this? Can I ask what you mean by your notes are inaccessible? Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @Dimitar Tanev While this isn't possible at the moment, we are exploring the ability to connect multiple google accounts. Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @Jessica Godlove You are part of the experiment group seeing the new card back design where comments appear on the left and actions have been moved to a new navigation bar. There is no way to move the comments. But do you mind telling me why you would prefer the comments below? Cheers, Beth
  • Hi @Tom You are part of the group getting a view of the new card back that we are experimenting on. I appreciate the time to give us feedback. The new card back does put the buttons that normally appear on the left in a menu. Buttons generated via Automation are available in that new menu bar.
  • I have great news :) The Engineering team had already been on the case and just pushed a fix for the icon background in the tab. I'm no longer able to replicate it so please check yourselves. Also I learned that this is icon is called a "favicon". TIL.
  • Hi @Presidente Midori Thank you for taking time to reach out. We don't have plans to move the icon bar or allow for a different orientation. But your feedback has been noted. Grazie per averci contattato. Non abbiamo in programma di spostare la barra delle icone o di consentire un orientamento diverso. Tuttavia, il tuo…
  • I did some testing and I see this behavior (open a card back, tab logo turns blue and stays blue) and see it happening in the non-beta version as well. So perhaps this is unrelated to the beta version precisely. That doesn't mean there isn't a bug and it a coincidence this starting happening right now. Can I confirm this…
