Thank you for this great links

Hey @Heidi Hendry , We are using OAuth 1.0
-
thank you for your reply. Please check my answer above, I am not talking about the Cloud Migration, or its change management. We are handling that very well. As I said, we have a deep understanding of Jira and its eco-system (apps, ...etc).
-
What do you mean by Jira Sever XML export? do you mean the backup zip? if yes, the backup zip is not the recommended solution by Atlassian. Please check this documentation : link. So we will be using the JCMA : Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. My question is not about how to migrate Jira Server to the Cloud, I have a deep…

Hi @jennifer_sewell I would recommend to study in groups. If you have any question, I can help you out.

Your script contains a small error. In fact "dest_prj" must contain project KEYs and not project names. Project keys cannot have spaces in them.
-
Hi Salim, @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- is right. You cannot share components between projects. The script you gave "duplicates" components between the two projects. Perhaps if you explain what is the end-user requirement we can help you?
-
thanks @Jacob Wisner
-
@Elizabeth Howden thumbs up :)
-
Great insights @Sharon Tan
-
I would suggest adding some tooltips or guides in the UI pointing to these types of articles as changes are rolling out.
-
cannot agree more @Tomas Junger
-
@Pete Morris A lot of organisations are still using waterfall or at least a mix of waterfall and agile. Advanced roadmaps is lacking this must have feature.
-
@Atlassian University The video needs an update see @Jack Brickey

Can you check your project permission "Modify Reporter" ?
-
Assume that you are using your code as a postfunction of the "create" transition. The error states that the object "issue" is not yet created and hence you are getting a NullPointerException. Without having access to your code, it is a bit difficult to give more help.
-
It would be helpful if you can give more insights about your requirement? I assume that you already know and use standard User pickers, and those are not suited, no?
-
Can you check and share what groups are you in?
-
Yes but using Automation for Jira of other apps (Scriptrunner Listener, ...etc) not using the Notification scheme
-
Indeed I wanted to suggest even using roles or groups.
-
Not possible in Proforma. The rows are fixed. If you need a dynamic solution like Table Grid Disclaimer: I do not work for Table Grid Editor.
-
Short answer: Yes it is possible. You can use a mail handler (although the documentation link is for cloud, you can also use it of server) to process new emails as comments
-
{{issue.issuelinks}} are not all links to the issue. issue links reference the list of issues linked to the issue using Jira issue link You can find here all smart values available. I see no smart value for Confluence.
-
I would suggest adding a text field where you will put the exact date format that you want using an automation (Here is the documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/) Then display this field in your queue
-
For point 3, I think you wanted to say "Rerun the imports to link the objects" (not the issues) right? If yes normally linking objects works without any problem. Are you using the right "IQL Mapping" between the two objects? A screenshot or the IQL you are using will be helpful. Here is a question that might…

Do you have any errors in the logs? can you share any error message? When you go into "Administration" (Cog Icon) > "Application", do you still see "Jira Service Management" ? and see the number of licences consumed? Are you in one of the groups allowed to use JSM?
-
Do you have Jira Service Management Product activated in your site? If you, are you a Jira Admin?
