Yes. Even after switching to 'Safe Mode' the issue persists and we are unable to access the boards.

Hi, Do you want to change the color of the field "status"? because in the subject you say that you want to change the id of a custom field. Can you give more & precise information? cheers
-
Thank you for the feedback. Normally in Jira Service Desk, if you want to activate the email channel and let your users create requests by email you have to set all other fields than Summary and Description optional (here is a link to the official documentation on this). In the screenshot sent, I noticed that the field…

u r welcome.

Hi, Impossible to do without the solution given. cheers

Hi, Yes you can by using permissions. In the project permissions you have this permission : View (read-only) workflow You just have to * give this permission to the projet role that you want * assigne/give this role to the groups/users that you want (aka other users won't have access to this permission) and you are done.…

Hi, If the 'Resolution' field is set (which is the case you are facing) you will see your request under 'Closed Requests' and of course under 'All requests'. To fix this, ask your Jira Admin to not set the resolution field (may by he is doing this in the post-function of the transition, or may be he is doing this by an…

Does the end-user fill the priority field while creating the request from the portal? Can you please send a screenshot of the 'Visible & Hidden' sections of your request type?
-
one last thing : You can (read 'will be able to') display the shared dashboard as wallboard of course.
-
Hi @Phil, Your dashboard is (mainly) based on filters that browse issues. So if you want 'anyone' to see those issues on your dashboard, you have to : * Give access to 'anyone' to your issues (aka your project) : For that you have to add the groupe 'anyone' to the permission 'Browse Project' * Share your dashboard with the…

As there was no mention of eazyBI, I was assuming that you were talking about Standard Jira reports/gadgets.

Hi @Sanchita M, User stories (& issues in general) that you consider as "DONE/COMPLETED" have to be in the LAST COLUMN in your board to be counted as DONE and disappear from your backlog . Here is a quick explanation : link. cheers

Hi, If your report is based on a filter => You just have to define 6 different filters, each one for each team and use each one of those filters in a different report. If your report is based on a board (like the Burn down chart for example), and since you have 6 scrum teams, I will assume that you have 6 different Scrum…

Hi @Yuan Du, It is a bit difficult to know what happens as we may need more information. But what I can advise is to reset admin password. Here is a link to do that on confluence : link. Basically (extracted from Atlassian Confluence 6.8 documentation) : * Stop Confluence. *…

Hi @Jeffrey Bistrong, Go to your 'project setting' > 'request types' and locateyour request type then 'edit fields' and check that the 'priority' field is not in the 'Visible Fields' (or either is in the 'hidden fields' ). keep us posted. cheers

Hi @Suzannah Taylor, Can you please give more information of your case. Lost since when? How do you noticed that you lost this function? Are you using Jira Service Desk (JSD)? or Jira Software? If you are using JSD are you a client/customer? or an agent? thank you
-
Hi, Just add a post-function in your transition to the "DONE" status. Here is a detailed documentation : link. cheers
-
One small precision : I assume that "Admin had done changes in status workflow". So the admin has not removed statuses/transitions ...
-
Hi @kratika Tiwari, Your Admin has changed a shared status which used by other projects workflow. If your admin did want to change only the statuses of one project workflow, he/she should add a new status. Normally, Jira suggests to make a copy of the modified workflow, you can use that copy to rollback your changes.…

Hi Bridget, I can suggest a workaround. Since you cannot remove/hide the summary field, you can use a post-function in your workflow to set a default value. Besides, you can add a description to the summary in order to inform your user that the summary will be overwritten. Hope it helps. cheers

Hi Ben Just made a test on our cloud platform, everything is ok for us (using Safari on Mac OS). cheers
-
Hi Michael, Yes sure they can. Project admin ca view their project permissions but they cannot edit these permissions. You can make a simple test to check that. cheers
-
Hi Natalie, Yes you can. Just use gadgets on a dashboard. (most of gadgets are based on filters and you can choose the info that you want in the filter). Do you have a special report in mind? is it time-series? ... cheers

Hi Brian, The order you see in the backlog view is coming from the order you have set in the release page (click on the ship icon). Just go to the release page and reorder the versions as you want. The order will be directly (read inversely) reflected in the backlog view. hope it helps cheers
