@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ Here's a presentation I did about the Teamwork Lab work (not AI-related). https://youtu.be/VKGPPUuoOyI?si=eUEBT8v7kQ45j5yw And here's the State of Teams report the team puts together https://www.atlassian.com/blog/state-of-teams-2025 We're working on an AI report... more to come in a few…

@Kinga_Getint and @Brita Moorus, thanks for the feedback. I think some people want fast results without "investing" in agents. We can't treat an agent like a senior employee and assume it knows everything. The better we prepare an agent for the job it's supposed to do, the better the results, as with new team members.

Thanks for this post, @DR. Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_! AI is all new to us. There are not many experts with years of prompt experience, so we all start at a similar level. It's the right time to try out Rovo and other AI technologies to discover how our work can benefit from them and drive better outcomes. At…

This is the perfect opportunity to build your first Rovo agent from scratch. You don't need any knowledge. Just bring your laptop. Looking forward to see you at Team 25!

Thanks, @Amanda Barber, for sharing your story and inspiring others. The User Manual is a great way to start with the Team Playbook, especially for remote teams. It's one of my favorite plays!

I love this because teams often jump to the next project and don't take the time to celebrate and reflect. We often do a 4L Retrospective at the end of our projects. I like the template in that you review the timeline, milestones, and original objectives.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It's great that the Team Poster helped you with better bonding.

Great to hear. The DACI play helps us a lot, making our decision process more transparent and structured. Have you happened to see our University Course on it? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63GcgUha0Vs

This sounds great. Congrats on running your first retro! It can be tough to stay in front of a bunch of people as the facilitator of this meeting. I love that the team thought they didn't need any improvement but came out of it with some actions. I see this a lot.

Please keep the feedback coming. Our team ran the play at an offsite in January and the results were super interesting (but also brutal). Since then we've worked on improving some of our team relationships. Not there yet but it's getting continuously better.

I'm super excited about this Play. I've been working in a lot of teams and this Play would have helped a lot. It's a blind spot for a lot of teams.
