  • Hi @Andres Villamarin Did you ever get this working? I would not use Application Links for this. That incoming link screen is for connecting Atlassian products to each other, and it uses OAuth 1.0, not the OAuth 2.0 redirect flow you are describing. Cheers, Martin
  • Hi @김민주 I would set the plugin's logout URL to point to Keycloak's end-session endpoint and move everything to HTTPS, since plain HTTP blocks the logout cookies and CSP does its own. Was this ever solved on your side, and if so, what fixed it? Cheers, Martin
  • Hi @nagesh dangeti Welcome to the Atlassian community! Crucible has no built-in report builder for that exact column set, so I would pull it from the REST API and export to CSV yourself. Hit rest-service/reviews-v1/filter/allOpenReviews (or a custom filter) to list reviews, then call reviews-v1/{reviewId}/details for each…
  • Hi @eaigner I wanted to add that on the updated board, the View settings at the top right let each person toggle them for their own view, so one teammate can still see Done issues even if you have hidden them. Right, @Alexandre Pezzini You can also check whether the issues are truly resolved when using some JQL to filter.…
  • Hi @john mediavilla Welcome to the Atlassian community! Let's start by checking the remote URL on your repository. A 405 error typically happens when Sourcetree is trying to access a web page URL instead of the proper Git endpoint. You can do this by going to Repository > Repository Settings > Remotes and making sure the…
  • Hi @Raphaël Veyrin Welcome to the Atlassian community! That looks like a paging limit rather than a permissions problem. Sourcetree walks the GitLab API page by page and stops after a certain number of pages, so with 445 projects you only ever get the first slice. Nothing in the UI lets you push that further. What I would…
  • Hi @Rajmond Burgaj Question one: the two are separate. The account you add uses the Azure DevOps REST API for Sourcetree to list repositories and pull requests, which only accepts a personal access token. The Protocol and SSH Key fields relate to git transport when cloning. Both are needed, despite seeming redundant. On…
  • Hi @Alvaro Aparicio Welcome to the Atlassian community, and thanks for a very honest first post. I would say your relationship with Rovo is complicated for the right reason. You are asking it to serve as an oracle for your entire knowledge base, and that is the hardest possible starting point. We hit the same wall. What…
  • Hi @Matthias, Welcome to the Atlassian community. The protocol exclusions clearly took effect, which tells me the file is being read fine. For ciphers, I would not fight Jetty's exclude list. Two things I would try instead: * Use a pattern rather than exact names, for example an entry matching .*_3DES_.*. Jetty treats…
  • Hi @shane.chambers Welcome to the Atlassian community! The Security tab is not driven by screens or workflows. It is fed by security data that a connected provider pushes into Jira via the security API, and it only appears once linked vulnerability data exists on the work item. What I would check: * Project settings >…
  • Erdbeereis am Stiel / Strawberry ice cream on a stick made by my grandma. The real secret wasn't just the recipe; it was the strawberries: carefully picked from her own garden and turned into delightful treats all within the same hour. Anything bought from a store might have tasted like a strawberry-flavored idea, but hers…
  • Hi @Dmitrii Iashin You could try activating an Atlassian Guard trial to access the SAML, policies, and other resources required for the deletion. Cheers, Martin
  • Hi @danielklein_hmrreferrals The prompt loop usually means the repository remote is not actually bound to your OAuth account entry. Sourcetree stores the token per account, and if the remote URL does not match that account, it keeps asking for a password indefinitely. That also explains why plain git on the command line…
  • Hi @Snorre Strand Asbjørnsen I recommend setting it up as a company-managed project using a Kanban board. Since governance work comes in at different times, a queue might work better than sprints. You can use Confluence for the official rules and keep the project focus on requests and decisions. Two official Atlassian…
  • Hi @Andrew Niebla Welcome to the Atlassian community! An error ID like that only means something inside Atlassian's own logs, so I would open a ticket at support.atlassian.com and quote it together with the timestamp and the user's account ID. They can look up what actually failed in seconds, which beats guessing. While…
  • Hi @Saqib Barlas I would check three things in this order: * The new issue view hides empty custom fields. Click More fields on the issue and see if Business Stakeholder sits there. Once it has a value, it moves up. * The field context. Go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields, find Business Stakeholder, open its contexts,…
  • Hi @Tania Bianchin To make an annual payment, simply visit admin.atlassian.com, go to Billing, select your plan, and then you can easily choose your preferred payment type from there: Cheers, Martin

  • Hi @Tania Bianchin Welcome to the Atlassian community! Yes, but not on a monthly plan. Monthly subscriptions are card- or PayPal-only. Bank transfer and check are available for annual subscriptions, so I would switch to annual first. The page you want is Atlassian payment methods and payment terms:…

  • Hi @Ahmad Sidawi Commit volume is rarely the real cause. It is usually the number of refs Sourcetree has to draw plus file status polling. What I would try: * In the log view, switch the branch dropdown from "All branches" to the current branch, and untick Show Remote Branches * Prune dead refs with git remote prune…
  • Hi @Kamal Lemseffer I would treat both symptoms as one problem. The Sourcetree sign-in window is just an embedded browser pointing at id.atlassian.com, so a deactivated Atlassian account can surface as that JavaScript load error instead of a clean message. That also explains why the install worked under a different account…
  • Hi @Mieke, Welcome to the Atlassian community! The Jira issues macro only shows what the viewing user is allowed to see in Jira, so if it works for colleagues but not you, the difference is almost always your permissions. Recreating API tokens will not affect this macro, since it uses your live Jira session rather than a…
  • Love this one @Kristján Geir Mathiesen :) My routine changed over the years. Early on, my mum almost always had some leftovers from the day before waiting in the fridge, so lunch was whatever great thing we had eaten yesterday, round two. Later it turned into a quick late lunch, very typical German: some good bread and…
  • Hi @Steve Hogdahl Welcome to the Atlassian community! The community here and this Q&A are not where Sourcetree tracks product changes, so an enhancement posted here will not reach the developers. The right place is the public issue tracker at jira.atlassian.com under the SRCTREE or SRCTREEWIN project. As a temporary…
  • Hi, Bitbucket Cloud dropped Mercurial support back in 2020, so it should be Git only now. The "invalid source url / path" message almost always means Sourcetree cannot find a working Git on that PC, not that the URL or account is wrong. For me, everything points to the Git setup rather than any permissions.
  • Wow! I really enjoy the new visuals with their vibrant shapes and colors. It’s especially great how the designations now stand out so clearly alongside certifications from other brands and mythologies.
  • Hi @AGASTYA SHARMA, Interesting question, but I would be careful about what you are asking for. An explanation of why other documents were not chosen would be generated by the model itself. It would sound convincing, but it can be just as made up as any other output. What actually helps, from my point of view, is what Rovo…
  • Hi @Mahim Deowan Welcome to the Atlassian community! Your question is quite broad, and I'd love to help you better. Could you please provide a bit more detail? For example: * Which product are you using (Jira, JSM, CSM)? * What do you mean by customer management? * What should the end result look like? If you want to…
  • Hi @Roman Pinkovskyy Welcome to the Atlassian community! This is not possible within Jira Product Discovery itself. The access model in JPD is quite simple. Anyone who can access the project can see its ideas. There is no issue security and no "create only" role, so contributors always see the full list once they are in…
  • Hi @Kamal Lemseffer I see two separate problems here, and the second one is the important one. Your account deactivation isn't an issue with Sourcetree. A deactivated Atlassian account prevents logins from Sourcetree. Contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to reactivate your account. The…
  • Thank you, @Evie Z_, and congrats to everybody. It's a new quarter, so let's go!
