Hi @Yueji Huang（黄越己） , 通常来说filters和dashboard中的Statuses和系统配置不一致，可能是索引引发的，特别是在新增，删除后这一情况会出现。在本地部署的Jira Server/DC中，系统管理员是可以手动reindex来解决这一问题，但Jira Cloud是没有提供这个功能的，重建索引会根据系统需要自动进行。 针对这个问题，有3个建议 1. 排查system - Statuses里是否已经移除了这个多余的Status 2. 稍等待1~2天，观察下这个问题是否已经解决（系统reindex可能会延迟） 3.
