Yes, go ahead and open a ticket with support and they should be able to resolve this.

Hi @Raphael Heilig, Welcome to Atlassian Community! No, Jira Product Discovery should be available on any plans, I just checked and can see it on my free instance. If you look under Atlassian Apps, do you see it there?
-
Which work type to use is up to you to decide, there is no right or wrong. Instead of creating specific work item types, another option is to use components. Components can be used to break down the space in smaller sections, like in your case in "do" tasks.
-
The only way to see what was migrated is to upgrade to a plan that support roles, the free plan cannot display that.
-
Hi @AdemXYZ, Welcome to Atlassian Community! You most likely ended up here because Invisible is using Atlassian apps. This Community is made up of mainly Atlassian Customers and as such we do not have access to other customers instances. Your best option is to contact the people that sent you the documents and go from…

The free plan of Jira does not have roles/permissions as you can see in the feature list found here https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing. In order to get roles/permissions you have to upgrade to at least Standard plan.

@Meenu Hinduja _ Dheeraj Sudan You need provide more information than that in order to get help. For example, what does your automation looks like? What have you tried so far to fix it? What does your automation looks like? What does the audit log say?

There was an active incident earlier today that affected the work item view. You can always check the status and subscribe for updates if you go to https://status.atlassian.com/

What is the scope of your automation? If both projects are in scope then you can start typing in the status you want the linked work item should transition to and it should show up in the transition step.
-
Yes, if you go with a single board the limit would apply to all work items even if you use quick filter, so in that case 3 boards would be the option.
-
Since boards are showing work items based on a filter you would need three boards to achieve what you want to do. One board that is showing everything, and boards for Dev and Design. It is not possible to just have two boards where you see everything in the backlog and only specific items on the active sprint. Your other…

Hi @Heloisa Reis, Welcome to Atlassian Community! What have you tried so far? Have you looked at doing this via an automation? It should be pretty straight forward, just trigger on the transition to Done and then transition linked items to Resolved in the other project. You would need to set the scope of the flow to be…

My journey with Atlassian started back in 2009 and the Dragon quest challenge. I had some time at hand and some old friends mentioned that they were heading to Summit, so I started to look into what Atlassian was doing and found the quest. Then in 2012 I started a new job and they were not happy with IBM so I was tasked to…

The All condition equals AND, and the Any match equals OR, hopefully that helps.
-
Hi @Nairy Kast, Welcome to Atlassian Community! The number of users depends on what app you are using. For example, for Trello free plan you can have up to 10 collaborators, and for Statuspage you can have two team members accessing it.
-
Hi @溝口慶太, Welcome to Atlassian Community! Once your site is deactivated it is stored for another 60 days before being permanently deleted. Yo can find more information about the data retention policy for the free plan…

Hi @Sara Venditto Welcome to Atlassian Community! This is a public forum so you want to be careful posting information like your SEN, so I edited your post to remove it. For any questions regarding your subscription you should contact the billing team via this link,…
-
Hi @Richard Irvin, Welcome to Atlassian Community! The free plan doesn't have permissions, so that would explain why the add people button is grayed out. On the free plan everyone have space permssions, and the permission scheme is ignored. And regarding space, since the end of 2025, projects are now called spaces in Jira…

Or change the IF-Else to be All condition match instead of At least one condition match.

What request types do you have in the category Lawbase Error? Have you checked the audit log to see why the email is sent? The way your IF statement is configured it would allow the email to be sent even if the category is Lawbase Error as long as the request type is not one of the listed ones. Instead of using any match,…

Deleting field context is permanent and without a backup your only cause of action is to recreate the context.

Are you trying to create a support ticket with Atlassian or are you trying to create a ticket at work? If the latter then you need to contact your Jira admin or I bet your IT Help Desk would be able to help you. This forum is mainly made up of Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customers…

Hi @Yuchuan Shih Welcome to Atlassian Community! You need to contact your JSM/Jira admin, this community is mainly made up of Atlassian customers and we do not have access to other customers instances. If you don’t know who your admin is, your best bet is to contact your IT Helpdesk and they should be able to assist you.

Rovo is correct, it is a known limitation and unfortunately there is no way around it. You could add a delay and a re-fetch in the automation, but it is not a guarantee that it will solve the issue.
-
The way you link a JSM project to your assets is that you create a new custom field using the Assets object field, then you configure that field to display objects in Assets. This getting started tutorial shows how to do this.
