Hi Dave, thanks for the feedback! Just a quick update. We've released the documentation theme for preview. We are actively testing on docs.arijea.com now and welcome your feedback. Please note that it does not yet have the animation you saw in the earlier mockup. Also, search and mobile are both on the backlog. Thanks…

Hi Dave, Thanks for the query! We've been working on navigation this week. One of the shortcomings that our early customers flagged was that we didn't provide deep enough navigation. If you're keen to provide some feedback on the navigation and shape how Instant Websites evolves please take a look at this mockup and email…

Hi Jens, That's an interesting one. Can you please raise a support request including your version of Easy Agile User Story Maps and JIRA, then we can investigate further. Thanks Jens, Nick Nicholas Muldoon Easy Agile

Hi Rekha, can you email support@arijea.com please, I must have the wrong email address for you. Apologies. Thanks, Nick

Hi Rekha, Thanks for reaching out. We've not seen this issue before. I've created a support request for you so we can dive into this and get some more details. The latest version for JIRA 6.4.x is 2.5.6 and it is worth an upgrade as that improves the error handling of the add-on and may provide some more information as we…

Hi Damon, Here's how I achieved automation for closing an issue after timeout with JIRA Service Desk: * Create an SLA, 'Waiting on Customer'* All issues, 24/7, 336h * 336 hours, or 2 weeks, in that state before it is breeched * Create a custom automation rule, 'Close issue on timeout'* When: SLA Time Remaining for 'Waiting…

Hi Jon, Perhaps: * one blog post per day (the three people collaborate to draft and publish) * use Better Blogs, add a group ('employees'?) as watchers and know that everyone receives the update via email You've then got a) an archive of the contents as past blog posts, b) a place to discuss the days updates, and c) email…

Hi Jorge, Just updating this in addition to your comment on Button/link to watch blog. Better Blogs currently assists with 1 and 2 and we'll work to deliver 3 by the end of January. Thanks Jorge, Nick
-
Sorry, to clarify, you can: * create a page * use the blog post macro, with excerpt display * add that page to the sidebar as "Blog" * remove the standard blog link from the sidebar It is a workaround as you can't change the display of the standard blog post page. Thanks Joe
-
Hi Joe, You can display blog posts in Excerpt mode as detailed Blog Posts Macro. Note there is a bug where excerpt mode strips all formatting, making it hard to read: * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23605 Cheers, Nick Muldoon Better Blogs for Confluence, Arijea
