@Elaine Hsieh Any update on this? I can't even seem to find a request on the CONFCLOUD backlog for this on JAC. Seems like a common gap for teams/groups trying to smooth internal comms practices. Thanks, Nick Muldoon, Easy Agile

Hi Jeff, sorry to hear about this. Does the icon show up in the classic project sidebar? Do you see an error when you click on the story map icon in the sidebar? As Bill mentioned it may be best to email our support team directly so you can share a screenshot of what you are seeing and potentially share other information.…

Hi Lisa, I'll respond here first then follow up with the support request, thanks for the additional detail there. From your support request I can see you are on version 3.0.2 so it may be useful to upgrade to the latest version. Yes, it is possible to have Kanban and/or Scrum boards in a Program. For Kanban boards the…

Hi @lmaxwell and @Steve Holota Easy Agile Programs supports adding both Kanban and Scrum boards to a Program. While this doesn’t automatically pull in scheduled issues from existing Sprints, it does allow Release Train engineers and other users to schedule issues in an Increment. Additionally, as of Easy Agile Programs…

Hi Florian, thanks for the feedback. I'll follow up with you directly via email about these. For reference: * date format - eager to investigate * timeframe and the card display - we are working on improving this at present, so eager to get your feedback * dates on mouseover - we can incorporate as part of the rework above…

Hi Giselle, It is possible to create overlapping issues within a theme in Easy Agile Roadmaps: You should see a '+' appear when you try to drag below an existing issue within a theme swimlane. If that is not occurring can you please raise a support request so we can investigate further. Thank you Giselle. Regards, Nick…

Thanks @Eugeniy Uskov, and just to confirm, are you using Jira Cloud? Regards, Nick

Hi @Radim SM, @Omar Chin-Keow, Easy Agile Roadmaps is available with NextGen projects as it shows issues of all types. However, for Easy Agile User Story Maps we rely on the Epic Link functionality. Epics are the backbone of the story map, and stories/tasks/bugs shown below are linked using the Jira Software Epic Link.…

Thanks @Heather Staudt, @joemio. Out of interest: * What would you like the URL to look like? On a subdomain of your company domain? * Would you like to include images? * Should customers have the option to subscribe to updates? Thanks so much, Nick Muldoon, Product Manager, Easy Agile

Quick update here: the image export is currently available and has been for some time. There is no progress on the Confluence work as we are awaiting Atlassian's implementation of Atalssian Connect - Cross-product Apps (AC-2001). If you are interested in the Confluence macro I encourage you to vote and comment on AC-2001…

Hi @DanielMSchmidt92, Looks like Atlassian had moved that documentation page. Here is the new link (also updated above): https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/control-chart-777002660.html Cheers, Nick

Haha @igor_djukic, not that great in practice. We were able to break it out into four rough groups based on elapsed time: * around a week in length, * around a month, * 1-3 months, and * over 3 months We could then do a relative estimation exercise where we would write up a few past projects on post-its, stick them on the…

Hi @Mathieu Barbeau We use a post-function to update the value of the Epic Status field on transition. That is then used to help us calculate the cycle time of the Epics. And it is available on Cloud too. This is detailed in Understanding the cycle time of epics in Jira. Hope that helps. Regards, Nick Muldoon Product…

Hi @Fabian E_, can't recall if I sent this direct or not. We use a post-function to update the value of the Epic Status field on transition. That is then used to help us calculate the cycle time of the Epics. Works on Jira Cloud too. This is detailed in Understanding the cycle time of epics in Jira. (no email required)…

Thanks Tyler, we've been using this for a little while now, pulling related posts into our JIRA instance so we can work like regular support requests. Greatly appreciated.

Thanks Philippe!

Hi Hotovaga, Answers below. Should you need any clarification please reach out to support@easyagile.com and we can investigate further. In your demo video on YouTube, the story board layout shown is not available, or the least, I cannot configure in my trial version for jira cloud! - This is likely due to the new Atlassian…

Monique with no way to @mention you I have no way to ask you to come back here and follow up. Looking forward to that feature! What is the plan for enabling editing of past posts? When will we see this feature? Thanks

I believe authors should definitely be able to amend legacy content. In this case the JIRA backlog locations changed as they split JSW project into JSWCLOUD and JSWSERVER. All of the old issues were marked as Closed, which isn't necessarily the case. So I have quite a few old comments/posts to update with new links. Can…

Sure, here is an example where I want to update an earlier comment but only see 'Report inappropriate content' in the dropdown: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Marketplace-questions/Is-there-a-plan-allow-adding-of-multiple-maps-to-each-board-or/qaq-p/271857

Hi Daniel, On the off chance you're interested we have a JIRA add-on that allows you to create roadmaps full screen. Heavily influenced by the Confluence roadmap planner, yet using JIRA epics for the chunks of work. If you're interested you can find out more at Easy Agile Roadmaps for JIRA. Thanks Daniel, have a good day.…

Hi @IT Support, We had a similar need - we wanted to use Confluence for collaborating on content yet point customers to a branded website (including our domain name). Last week we released Instant Websites for Confluence to improve the experience when our customers browse product documentation. Traditionally, customers…
