Hi Chekib, are you using Crowd as a user directory? Please raise a support ticket along with the logs and the team should be able to help.

Hi Mark, I understand you might be looking directly at the database for a specific requirement. However, I don't think this is stored in the DB. Git stores this info in the repository. You can use a Git command to get the info. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4259996/how-can-i-view-a-git-log-of-just-one-users-commits…

@Daniel Obst no I have not tested this in Cloud and this may not work in Cloud.

Hey @Anthony Brittis Click on the Lozenge with the number displaying the number of watchers. ex: 0 if no one is watching the issue. This should bring up a dialog that will allow you to add other watchers, assuming you have the project permission configured to do so. Hope that helps.

No worries. Please mark it answered if it helped @Mark :)

Hi @Mark, Issues are considered Resolved if their resolution field is set with a value. In the native workflows provided, this might be automatically set as a workflow transition post-function. Since you may have created a custom workflow, you will have to consider adding that. Refer…

Hey @Dakota Duffy The native feature of filter subscriptions in Jira Software expects all users to be active users who are able to login to Jira and access issues. Hence, you will only be able to share issues with active Jira Software accounts. One option is to create a group for each of your customers and create…

@Oleksiy Nazarenko , SSO and SAML are available natively if you are deploying our Data Center offering. If you are using a Server instance, you will have to use a Marketplace app. Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/saml-single-sign-on-for-atlassian-data-center-applications-857050705.html Hope that helps.

@Jonny Polivka, yes they have to be the same version. If you are planning on upgrading to a newer version, I recommend doing that as a separate step. 1. Complete your server migration to the same version 2. Allow the users to use the system for a couple of week to ensure it is stable 3. Plan your upgrade to new version…

@Hansoo Bae, if you are using Internet Explorer, there was a known bug that was fixed in 7.10.x. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-16572 You can verify if that is impacting you?

Loaded question @Chantel Coffman :) I haven't had a chance to test out each of the responses below, but something you can experiment with. 1. We would like our customer support team to receive an email notification when a new request has been submitted. JSD uses the Jira Software notification scheme on issue creation. Add…

@Jonny Polivka Bitbucket Server (or any Atlassian application in general) has 3 components: * Install Folder - where you install Bitbucket * Home folder - where you save data such as repositories, logs, etc * Database - where BB connects to the database In you case, you will be moving install folder and the home folder to…

Hi @[deleted], There are a few different roles to be aware of with JSD. Each role has limitations on what actions it can perform on issues. I have summarised them for you below. Agents: Can work on issues. That includes operations like editing, assigning issues to other agents and responding to customers using external…

Hi Martin Blueprints are only applicable to Pages, not to Blogs. If the purpose is to stylize the blog, you might want to look into the Theme module. A list of all plugin modules are available at https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/confluence-plugin-module-types/ Hope that helps.

Hey Katherine, Projects with a shared configuration can only be created by administrators. If you are using Server, there is an add-on that allows you to do delegate this to other roles. More info at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211157/delegated-project-creator-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

Hi Anirban, From the description you have provided, it appears that what you refer to as "Master User Stories", should be an Epic. Each Scrum team can create their stories within their boards, with the Epic Link field set to the Epic. Some guidance for the scenario you have described. Each Scrum team will have their own…

Hi @Tracy N, Simply update the JQL to limit the assignee to current logged in user. For example, assignee = currentUser() AND (due < now() OR due = 1d)
-
Hi Tracy, You can create an Issue Filter Subscription. 1. Create a JQL. Something like "due < now() OR due = 1d" should list all issues overdue or issues due tomorrow. 2. Save the JQL as a filter. Share the filter with the group who should be receiving the email notifications. 3. Create a Filter subscription with the group…

Thanks for clarifying @Alexey Matveev. Yes this restricts editing all fields on the issue. Not just the Description field. No way to edit restricting a single field.
