Hi Jordi, We currently do not support third party plugins for the OnDemand platform. However, we are starting the beta son of our new plugin architecture of OnDemand which will open many more plugins for the platform. It should be available for release next year. Cheers, Gary

Hi Luis, Per Jobin's comment, both of those groups are specific Atlassian Staff only groups used to perform updates and maintenance on OnDemand instances Only the Administrator group permission is needed fo accessing the Backup manager in the Administrator section of Jira. Cheers, Gary

Hi Gijs, Nice work on this - what format does the page get saved as locally? Our Support Staff will proably link this as a posssible workaround for other users - again, great work. Cheers, Gary

Hi Helle, These logs are most likely locked down to only allow Atlassian engineers to view them. Your best bet is to raise an issue @ https://support.atlassian.com, and our engineers can read the logs directly on your serve, and figure out what the issue is here. Thanks, Gary

Hi Natalya, This is possible, but you have to create a new handler for each issue type - see this doc: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email#CreatingIssuesandCommentsfromEmail-Issue/commentcreation Cheers, Gary

Hi Rudy, Although this sounds like a grea feature for customization, this is currently not possible with GreenHopper. Sounds great for a feature request though - you can create a new request at jira.atlassian.com, and users in the community can vote to have it included in a future version of Greenhopper. Cheers, Gary

Hi Natalie, I would double check to make sure that you have edit permissions for the page and space that the calender belongs too. If you do, then we might be looking at a possible bug here. Let me know what you find, and if needed we can do some testing and file a bug report. Cheers, Gary

Hi Pratiksha, The Bitbucket platform had a disruption in service on September 2nd that caused this. Cheers, Gary

Hi Karsten, You can add events and people calenders to team calenders in Confluence at will - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Adding+a+People+Calendar I beleive you can also accomplish this using timesheets from Tempo: http://www.tempoplugin.com/products/tempo-timesheets/#section-price I notice you…

Hi Bruce, This is not possible with the log work feature - you have to click the log work transition and log each users work separately. However, I beleive this feature is avialable for Tempo, which we do support with JIRA: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Tempo+Documentation Cheers, Gary

Hi Nathan, Once your repo is set to read only on the Bitbucket platform, you will need to open a support case at https://support.atlassian.com, and the Support staff can set the repo back to read/write and run a remote git gc for you. Cheers, Gary
