Hi Mauro, The Bitbucket website does default to UTF-8, and does not allow you to choose what encoding that the reader will try to view the repo with. We have an open feature request to change this at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/7239/allow-specifying-a-repositorys-encoding. Please feel free to add any feedback,…

Hi, The pusher is defined as the person who authenticated to give us those commits. If you push to a repo, you'll see a news feed full of your name as the pusher, and each commit will be attributed to the correct user. It has worked this way since we started aggregating newsfeed information into groups by push a few years…

Hi Stuart, Under the Linked Repositories screen, you can change the Repository host from Bitbucket to Git, and you will be able to use 2FA with Bamboo Cloud. Please note, that if you choose this option however, webhooks won't be able to trigger builds. We are working on a solution that will alleviate this in the future:…

Hi Sathish, I dont beleive Microsoft has a specific solution for importing data from Jira. However, you may be able to use some of the workarounds in this post: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/113598/how-do-i-migrate-my-data-from-tfs-to-jira-on-demand You would need to export your data and import it in to a stand…

Hi Ricardo, Check your flters, and quick filters: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Configuring+Filters https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Configuring+Quick+Filters Its likely that they are still there, but your filters are filtering them out from view. Cheers, Gary

Hi Leroy, See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lBdlh3AGSc. Cheers, Gary

Hi Kieran Rest calls go through Internal Jira Authentication, so ou will want to use the password tht you set the first time you logged in to your OnDemand instance - you can change this password at anytime through your JIRA profile as well. However, we enforce ssl through our OnDemand proxy so the passwords do not come…

-
Hi Uwe, What specific statistics are you looking for? In Confluence, there is a usage statistics plugin that the support staff can enable for you - just need to open a request at https://support.atlassian.com. For JIRA, we now have an audit trail - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Auditing+in+JIRA.…

Hi Yana, The only way is to delete them locally and push the changes to Bitbucket. Cheers, Gary

Hi Tom, Per this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=253231650 "The initial storage available for each Atlassian OnDemand instance is 25GB. Accounts that exceed that amount will be billed an over limit fee of $1.00 per gigabyte per month, or if different, the then-current fee. All…

Hi Dave, The license is only valid for a single system, so this would not work. However, you should be able to generate another eval license to use for one of the systems before you do the full migration. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Chanz, Can you open a helpdesk ticket at https://support.atlassian.com with the details, and the repo url, so our support staff can review? Cheers, Gary
-
Hi, You will need to create an account first by going to https://jira.atlassian.com and clicking the "Sign Up" link. Thanks, Gary

Hi Peter, Unfortunately, the Jira Dashboard will always default as your homepage for the OnDemand platform. However, we do have a curent improvement request open for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/HS-478#comment-335900 Feel free to update the request with your feedback, and votes. Thanks, Gary

Hi, I am a bit confused as to what you are asking here? You cannot merge branches in the Bitbucket UI unless both branches exist in the repo on BB. Anything you do outside of Bitbucket, cannot be accounted for until you push your changes to Bitbucket. Cheers, Gary

Hi AL, It could be that your global permissions were changed for jira. However, this is probably an issue best suited for our tech support team. Could you open an issue for this on support.atlassian.com so tht we can look specifically at your ondemand instance? Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Matthias, This does not apply for all users in the team. Each user will still have to explicitly be given admin rights to the repo. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Lee, Unfortunately, this is a built in feature for the OnDemand platform, and cannot be disabled. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Andre, Are you still experiencing this? Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Pascal, I don't believe we have a specific macro for incoming links per se. However, if you could tell me your use case/requirements, we may be able to find you a way to accomplish your tasks. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Batosz, Unfortunately, this means there is something incorrect with the application link configuration for JIRA in your OnDemand instance. Only Atlassian Technical Support staff have access to this configuration within your isntance. Can you drop your instance url here for me, and I will log in and take a look for you?…

Hi Leonjr, Unfortunately, there is no way to see a summary of the status times within the UI - if you felt up to it, you could probably script a call to pull the transition status data using REST: http://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Francois, We will need you to create a new support case at https://support.atlassian.com for us to look in to this further. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Mayank, It is not possible to change the captioning for items on the main navigation bar. There is a recent open improvement request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-34877 You can feel free to add any feedback or suggestions to the improvement case. Cheers, Gary
