Hi Cutiko, There aren't any Bitbucket, or Atlassian GIT apps for Android currently. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Miky, You would need to log in to Bitbucket, and give the other user permissions to access the repo. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Repository+privacy,+permissions,+and+more. Cheers, Gary

Hi Tushar, Can you provide some output of the errors you are receiving? Cheers, Gary

Hi, Currently, you cannot adjust the sorting order of spaces without using your above workaround - Confluence does not currently have this granularity. Please feel freee to add a feature request for it though, on jira.atlassian.com. Other users in the Atlassian community will be able to view this request, and vote for it…

Hi Eric, You might be able to use the api to pull back the page history information - https://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-confluence/REST/latest/. The CLI tool is a tool that could assist you with this - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.atlassian.cli However, this would pull the information outside of…

Hi Kalynn, There was a known bug with the adaptivist macros that was causing this on 2012, but I beleive it has been fixed. Can you confirm if you are still seeing this behavior? Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Eric, Actually, looks like you can close the window by hitting the escape key - can you confirm that it works for you as well? We went ahead and moved the improvement over to the JIRA project: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-32348 Cheers, Gary

Hi Eric, After taking a look at this, I totally agree we would improve this. I went ahead and added a feature improvement for the OnDemand platform: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6457 Please feel free to vote and add any feedback to this page. Cheers, Gary

Hi, See if this page has the information you need: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+an+Announcement+Banner Thanks, Gary
-
Hi Mark, I assume you are using the api to pull/push data? If so, you will want to use the OnDemand password that you set when you first create your account on your OnDemand isntance. You can always reset this in your user profile on the instance if you do not remember it. Cheers, Gary

Hi, Since JIRA does not have any direct integration with Inventory Management software, you would need to create some custom scripting using the REST api: http://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ You could query JIRA isssues and then update your inventory management system. This would also probably require some API…

Hi Caroline, There would be no way to give them access to the acual boards without being a licensed Jira user. However, you could export the planning board data using this workaround: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/70702/how-do-i-export-the-contents-of-the-planning-board-to-a-spreadsheet Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Rashedul, Are you looking to export a page, or space? Thanks, Gary
-
Hi Nathan, My initial guess is that you are using the Enterprise Hosted platform. If this is the case, you will want to request your upgrade @ https://support.atlassian.com, and our engineers will work through all of your options with you. Thanks, Gary
-
Hi Larry, That specific piece of functionality is called the app switcher. The app switcher unfortunately can only auto populate links, and will only do so if you signed up for Bitbucket and JIRA at the same exact time - it does not specifically integrate with the DVCS connector. The public bug for this, is located…

Hi Alexander, I think your best bet is to try the documentation theme as a workaround for your instance. This theme is well suited for structured content, such as documentation. It features a table of contents (page tree) on the left, making it easier to see the structure of a space and move from page to page. You can…

Hi Andrew, Unfortunately, you cannot set the sorting order until your search is run in the basic search method. However, there are more sorting options available using jql queries in the advanced search method: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Advanced+Searching Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Pierre, I tested this, but couldn't reproduce - I am using Gmail as my email client. Can you give me an issue to subscribe too, so we can take a look? Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Emily, This is most likely possible utilizing our rest api: http://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-confluence/REST/3.2 You could probably create a webform somewhere, and once the info is submitted, forward the infomation to your Confluence instance. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Zacharias, That doc is actually for the download/stand alone version of Jira. Try this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Searching+for+Issues Cheers, Gary
-
Hi, There is no real way to create a list, other than copying and pasting from the users screen, or application access screen. However, we should be able to pull out a simple list of users from the database for you - just open a support request @ https://support.atlassian.com and one of our engineers should be able to…

Hi, Check out http://quickstart.atlassian.com/ondemand/jira/add-ons - there are a few add ons like Zephyr, or Enterprise Tester that may be what you are looking for. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi, See if this page has the information you need: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Versions Thanks, Gary
-
Hi Jessica, One possibility might be using epics. You could create an epic as the parent level, and then each JIRA issue could be the task/subtask. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/Working+with+Epics Also, here is a nice blog that details the estimation factors to consider:…

Hi Athma, To start a trial, you just need to login to https://my.atlassian.com with your account, and create a new bonfire evaluation license. Thanks, Gary

Hi Darryl, I believe this is an issue with GIT - see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10292903/git-on-windows-out-of-memory-malloc-failed & http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8855317/git-push-out-of-memory-malloc-failed. Cheers, Gary

Hi Ben, I dont beleive the stock bamboo image includes any stock databases: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/stock+images It sounds like that may be a custom image you are using. Cheers, Gary
-
Hi Kalynn, Due to the how the OnDemand platform is implemented, we had to restrict the entire page. We are working to improve the functionality to allow for more direct customization by users in the future, but for now, you can request some of these changes be made on the fly @ support.atlassian.com. Please note though,…

Hi Mathias, We responded to a similar question earlier in the year - see https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/11662/bitbucket-incorrectly-calculates-number-of. You have a couple of options to your specific problem: * Create a branch on the team-owned repo instead of creating a separate fork of the repo. This would be…

Hey Doug, You would actually need to create a new user, bulk assign your issues to the new user, and then delete the admin user. Cheers, Gary
