Hi @Jonathan Porta , there is only a single user for the email address. If they are a customer then they will have access to any linked KB. You can provide guest access to a person (non-customer since they have access already) without making them a customer. unsure if I have accurately captured your question here. 🤔

Hi @silverio.gonzalez.ext , please see below my attempt to translate and provide assistance. Sometimes from other projects we are moved by activities (issues). Do you mean to say that you are moving work items from one project to another? To ensure correct management, we need; That the state of the activity is always the…

If you go to support.atlassian.com and search the docs AI presents the following... How to Use Changelog in Automation to Detect When a Value Changed You can leverage Jira Automation's smart values to access changelog data and identify when a field value has changed. Here’s how you can do it: 1. Use the {{changelog}} Smart…

Hi @Kalyani Joshi , it may be that your backlog has a filter that is excluding (or not including) those issues or it could be that the issues have moved out of the backlog and into an active sprint or... we need more info to assist. * is this a CMP or TMP project * is this a SW or Business project

Hi @ccabrera , I don't believe you can leverage changelog with a manual trigger. AFAIK, changelog only works when triggering on field change. I will be interested in others input here.
-
I am finally jumping in to add my input here. I agree with the sentiments of many who have already spoken. I really wish that the status would have stayed where it was but my reasoning is more from a position of familiarity than one of bad design. In the end, I care more about other changes that are not being done than…
-
Hi @Aaron Geister , could you please share the log results when using the Copy attachments from trigger issue ? I will try to reproduce.
-
Hi @Renata Mitrega , I just noted you are on Free tier which explains the inability to raise a support request. If you are still in need of help, can you please provide any further details. Have you attempted to export any of your projects to CSV?
-
Hi @Renata Mitrega , just an FYI, the community forum cannot access your site and is not the actual Atlassian support channel. If you want to contact Atlassian support do so here. With that said, you were Atlassian admin should be able to export your data into a CSV file, if that is desired.

Hi @Aparajita Bose-Mullick , the question I would ask is "how are you aware of this project". That might provide some breadcrumbs you could follow in order to find the person that can help you gain access. Bottom line is that you need to ask around a bit with your colleagues.

sorry @Aurélie Pilette , i messed up the URLs when I pasted them. I have corrected but it seems you got it working based on your comments. :-)
-
Hi @Aurélie Pilette , your automation isn't correct. There are quite a few post in the community on this very topic and I encourage you to look at them. Here are a couple to get you started. Hi @Jean-Christophe Chaulieu , have you considered the Dashboard feature? what-is-a-jira-dashboard create-and-edit-dashboards

Hi @Dima Kiselev , maybe consider creating a dashboard to align with your requirements. what-is-a-jira-dashboard create-and-edit-dashboards

Hi @Juraj Polák , when you say they are redirected to Jira are you saying that this person is a customer of a JSM project and if they click on the issue link they are directed to the app instead of the portal? If not please elaborate on exactly what is happening.
-
Hi @Nena Kruljac , there is nothing we as users/admins can do short of building good automations to prevent any looping.
-
Hi @Alfred Tsang , welcome to the Community. you can create a custom field (number) and use the following to calculate age and update the field. {{issue.created.diff(now).days}} The rule would look like this.... * Trigger - scheduled daily * Conditions - based on your needs to update the desired issues * Action - edit…

keep us posted.

Hi @rmax , your understanding is accurate. The other consideration is that following this process will not impact any TMP projects.
-
Hi @Asier Vadillo , unfortunately, there is no way to change that behavior.
-
Hi @Gor Greyan , I don't have access to Scriptrunner currently in order to test out a solution. However, there are community posts that should help with this. Also I came across this article that describes a workaround solution that leverages automation. I started to suggest this but if you have Scriptrunner I would go…
-
Hi @Joseph Bryan Dela Cruz , indeed this is a known issue. I recommend monitoring status.atlassian.com
-
Hi @Jeffrey Johns , are you still experiencing this? Can you share the. URL?
-
Hi @Gor Greyan , unfortunately there isn't a JQL to find issues without children. You will need a third party app for that, e.g. Scriptrunner or similar.
-
You would need to separate out the issue type to a new workflow. You can simply make a copy of the current workflow and associate the desired issue type to it and add your validator.
-
It is interesting. There is a Work category system field. Did you create this custom field for CMP or TMP project(s).? The interesting part is that your screenshot does not indicate system field like is the case for me.
-
Hi @liuyang zhang , I would use the link provided in the error to contact support. You might also try a different browser.
-
Hi @Christine Sbatella , what is the name of this field? I expect this is a system field which cannot be edited.
-
Hi @Eleazar Justo , you might want to report to Atlassian Support directly.
-
Understand and certainly ok to vent in the Community. Most of the time I see members use articles for that instead of Q&A. Indeed Atlassian does monitor this forum and is rather engaging as compared to other forums I have participated in.
