Hi @Gsfyris , also is the rule actor Automation for Jira? That should allow the rule to set the field even if it is not on the screen. Also there are times you will receive "some errors" in automation but it actually succeeds.

Hi @Nedim Osmanovic , have you tested this out in multiple browsers and or others experiencing this in your instance? If the answers to the above questions are yes, then I would suggest open a support ticket with Atlassian.
-
Ah yes...sorry my mind was thinking JSM.
-
Testing for Comment text aside, why can you not add the suggested condition to your rule. For example...

Hi @Rob Verhoeven , welcome to the Community! What happens when you attempt to remove this user? Do you see the remove button on the right side their name when you go to settings > access > people and access? Maybe some screenshots of what you were seeing would be helpful.
-
With that said, we might be able to come up with a better solution if we just understood your use case more completely.
-
I wonder if you could simply use a JQL condition - Created >= 5m and Created <= -5m it's basically test to see if the issue was created in the last five minutes. You're already triggering on the comment being added so I don't think you need to test when the comment was added in this case.

Hi @Dirk Lachowski , I appreciate your frustration. Living on the cloud can be challenging with all the frequent change. With that said the Community Q&A isn't the best place to have your feedback consumed by an Atlassian PM. I recommend you use the in-app feedback link under the "?" Icon in upper right. Ha...hopefully…

Hi @sandeep singh , welcome to the Community! Have a look at this article - Manage-your-Atlassian-Community-profile . In there they discuss account linking.

Hi @Ramin Vatanparast , where exactly is this résumé you are referring to? I want to make sure that you are in the right place for assistance. This forum is to assist with Atlassian products.
-
I have never attempted to create a site with all numeric name. I wonder if that could be the cause. Have you tried with a different name? I also understand that there are active incidents going on but they done seem related - status.atlassian.com.
-
Hi @Lilit Tsaturyan , there is an a lot of information here but I will offer up the following to move the convo forward. if you are using a Company Managed Project then you might configure the board swimlanes by JQL and have type = INC at the top.
-
Hi @Eff off Jira , sorry you are experiencing issues. I have flagged for an Atlassian to assist you.
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok , please review this article to see if helps. Managing-issue-security-just-got-a-whole-lot-easier note you need to be using CMP for this

Hi @Hamza Khan , welcome to the Community! I am not sure you are in the right place to gain assistance on your question. This forum is focused on helping users of Atlassian products and their partner's products with their product questions. This group specifically is focused on questions and discussions associated with the…

Hi @Eff off Jira , welcome to the community. If you wish to delete your Atlassian account please use the following instructions: * Go to your Account Settings: Visit id.atlassian.com/manage-profile. * Select Account Preferences: In your profile, find the "Account preferences" section. * Delete Your Account: Scroll to the…

Hi @Vera Valshonok , are you using a Company Managed or Team Managed project? If CMP... * create a custom single-select field with your options * create a screen to me used for the transition that has this field included * in your workflow add a validator that requires the field * add your new screen to the transition if…

Hi @Gladys , unfortunately no it is not possible to recover them other than recreating them.
-
Hi @Sami Shaik , here are some of my use cases. * used to group and identify team ownership of issues * used to create/define Boards in CMP projects you can use Teams in Automation but will need to use JSON to reference using the custom field ID, e.g. customfield_21829. It is certainly integrated in Advanced roadmaps to…

ha... My win was simply keeping up with the cloud changes. :-)

Oh I could write an entire article on my criminal record.

Hi @Sami Shaik , while you can't completely disable Rovo you can disable the AI features. Below is what Rovo itself presents when queried about disabling Rovo. How to deactivate Rovo AI features: Go to Navigate the Atlassian Administration | Atlassian Support. Select your organization (if you have more than one). Navigate…

Hi @Suhas Sundararaju , should that not be raised internally within Atlassian rather than in this user Community? No harm in posting here, I'm just trying to get you to the help you need as quickly as possible.
-
@Maciej Dudziak _Forgappify_ , actually this does work and fundamentally answers my original question. What I was missing and did not initially see in your answer, due to me being heads down in using ID rather than value, was the ".value" within the smart value. while i was simply using this... { "fields": {…
-
Thanks guys!!! @Mikael Sandberg , the KB is a great resource, however, i could not get value to work which is what was driving me mad. In the KB they use actual text, e.g. "Marketing" where I am actually using smart values but I would certainly expect that smart values would be an option. If you get a chance I would love…
-
and I just discovered this old post where the incredible @Mikael Sandberg offers the same solution. Maybe he can offer further context to understand when/why ID is required?
-
thanks @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ , indeed this is what i get as well. just a different id number. So is there somewhere that explains that using "id" for "type" = "option" is required or maybe it isn't? Basically, my question is this, what bit of information dictates the need of using the ID here and how does one know to go…
-
Thanks @Dick , I will have to try this too!
-
thanks @Maciej Dudziak _Forgappify_ , indeed it does but was not for "Category" which is a special (?) JWM field. I found you must (?) use "id" instead of value.
