Hi @Natalie Keane , unfortunately this is not yet configurable.
-
@Michelle van Hilten , thanks for the screenshots. At first glance I believe that you were successful and accepting the invitation and now have access to the instance but the project permissions are not set up set that you can access any projects. I would ask your admin to go into the specific JSM projects and check to see…

Hi @deseymour , in the epic issue view did you check for more fields? if you do not see it there, can you try clicking on the configure button at the bottom of the page and check to ensure story points is indeed configured as part of the layout.
-
And to John's recommendation here is an example. You can add additional else conditions as needed.
-
Can you try the following... * click on the gear icon in the upper right corner. * Choose user management. * Choose groups in the sidebar. * Find the entry for service desk customers. * Check to see if your customers are listed there and can be managed
-
If I could get a better idea of what you are doing I may be able to provide some ideas (solution?). Screenshots would help.
-
Nice! Can't wait to get my hands on it and try it out.
-
Appreciate the breakdown on what I missed. 🙂

Hi @Kai Hendry , where exactly are you accessing the link? Typically there is a 'copy link' icon that would be a short version but unclear where this team recap is located. Screenshot?
-
Hi @Yohan Allix , welcome to the Community! If you have the necessary permissions you can resend an invite if the customer has not accepted the previous invite. To do so select Customers in the sidebar. You should have a "resend invite" on the right for any customer that hasn't previously accepted. Other customer…

Hi @Michelle van Hilten , it would be great to see some screenshots of the progression so that we could clearly assess. Is this an email invitation? Are you being invited to JSM or a "Team". If You are being invited to JSM is this as an Agent or Customer. If you already have access to JSM and being invited to a Team I…

H @daniel_jones , you should report potential bugs to Atlassian Support. Note: you need to be a technical contact for your instance to open a support ticket.
-
Hi @Marcus Toepper , I have done something similar in the past successfully by including delays and refetch data. It is hard to say what might be going on without seeing your rules. Something like the following example should work. * rule 1 - add label1 * rule 2 - trigger on issue updated, delay 3s, refetch data, check if…

Hi @stn , unsure what features you are looking for exactly. Here are the results from a quick Marketplace search
-
Hi @vivek.samant , yes users are taken into consideration in Search. There isn't any configuration for the Search AFAIK.
-
Hi @Saurabh Vinayak Sakalkar , permissions to create Spaces in Confluence are provided by an administrator. Have you contacted your admin?
-
Hi @Paul Palasti , fair question but why not use ctrl/cmd z keyboard shortcut? You might give Atlassian feedback via the in-app feedback link under "?" Icon.
-
Hi @Hermundur Sigurðsson , I am unsure what you are referring to by lot do list". Can you provide more details? Possibly a screenshot if applicable.
-
Hi @Gary Wells , you can create a JQL filter and save it. You can also set up a subscription to send the report results out regularly to desired users. here is an example JQL... project = xxx the above will return all issues for project "xxx". Replace "xxx" with you desired project key. if you want you can export the…

Yes. In that same sidebar you will see Filters. If the filter was indeed shared, then you should find it there. Please consider accepting the answer here whats you're good to go. But feel free to ask clarifying questions glad to help.

Hi @Nikkita Willis , indeed it is confusing to me and I would contend to so many others as well. I hate the terminology change. I recommend providing feedback to Atlassian using the in app feedback link under the "?" Icon.
-
Hi @Donna Bates , so the xxxxx needs to be replaced by your domain site. Basically, if you click on the cog/gear in the upper right corner, and then select system, then in the side bar, go to shared items and select shared dashboards.
-
Can you check the aforementioned page?
-
Hi @Alexandre G , please attempt other browsers. If that still fails ask you colleague to see if the error is reproducible with others. If so report the issue to Atlassian support.
-
Hi @Vladimir Ibarra Ordonez , can you reach out to your Admin for assistance?
-
Hi @Donna Bates , can I ask which screen you are going to to edit tge dashboards? Are you here... https://xxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/dashboards/ViewSharedDashboards.jspa if so when you click on the ellipses to the right of the dashboard what do you see?
-
Hi @Donna Bates @can you request the Org admin to make you the owner?
-
You likely have already seen this, but just in case I wanted to share some documentation that explains guest access. There are some limitations to be aware of here, of course. In any case it sounds like you are simply wanting to give some or all of your JSM customers access to a confluence space that is not a KB. Since…

Hi @Tom Cooper , have a look at the following article to see if it gets you where you want to be. Create-Jira-issues-directly-from-Confluence-with-the-latest/ba-p/2404119

I have flagged this post for assistance. You will need someone from Atlassian to assist here.
