Hi @pemami-fv , I have flagged your post for review. You might also go to Atlassian Support and select Billing payments for assistance.

Hi @Wilson Ndeh , you should be able to create a dashboard that leverages gadgets for each category by creating a filter for each. The best gadget depends on how you want to see the data. For example, let's take completed on time... assumption - you use Due date for on time comparison * create an automation to add a label…
-
Hi @Neutrino_Sunset , can you provide more info on this? I'm not sure what you are referring to TBH.
-
Hi @Shobhit Dhadwal , I want to note that the Community forums is not official Atlassian Support. For that go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ . With that said it sounds like maybe you have opened a support ticket? If so you should have received an email that referenced your ticket number and you can click the…

feel free to share your automation if you get stuck. I would also search the documentation for more info - https://support.atlassian.com/search-results/?searchTerm=automation+form+fields&deployment=cloud&product=jira-service-management
-
Hi @Seema Sharma , Assuming you are referring to Advanced Forms. you can use these fields. I would refer you to this article for an understanding. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Using-Forms-Smart-Values/ba-p/2888967

@Nicolas , good. So now we can suspect that the issue lies with the issuelinktype. Let's try the following: project in ("Service Desk") and issueLinkType != "is implemented by"
-
Hi @Nicolas , to zero in on the possible reason let's try to cull out the culprit. Let's try the following to see if the missing three appear. project in ("Service Desk") and status not in (done, canceled)
-
Indeed. I understand the want. Just was offering a potential solution.
-
Good point Marc. I was assuming hear that he is cloning within the same context, but that may not be the case.
-
Hi @Asier Vadillo , there is no out-of-the-box setting in Jira Cloud to exclude specific custom fields from being cloned. I believe it comes down to what type of custom field is closed. However, I have not done extensive testing on this. What I would suggest that you do is to create an automation rule, that clones an issue…
-
Also assuming you are using JQL advanced search I would start with Basic search as it saves typing as you can select the desired values. You can switch to advanced later if needed to complete the filter.
-
Hi @Judy Forrister , for this you would need to specify each entry, such as... "Application[Select List (cascading)]" in (HC-xxx, HC-yyy, ...)
-
Unsure why you are seeing this. You should be able to create new pages and see the full UI. You might try removing Confluence and the re-add it.
-
That may be a browser issue. Can you try a different browser? If it happens with multiple browsers then my next suggestion would be to reconnect with Atlassian. How did you contact Atlassian to restore the instance? If by a support ticket can you comment in that ticket for continued support?
-
Hi @Tsyklop , what do you mean by restoring access? Are you saying that your Free instance was deactivated due to lapse in use and then Atlassian restored access for you? It seems you can log in to your instance but previous Confluence pages are absent?
-
Hi @VaclavObornik , you might see this post for a response from an Atlassian - Live Docs option not available . If you were on a paid subscription I would suggest opening a support ticket requesting updating your instance but Free doesn't afford the option of getting technical support.
-
Hi @Jordan Dean , it sounds like that you have already opened support tickets with Atlassian support, which is what I would recommend in this case. Please keep us posted as to the outcome.
-
Hi @Pitcher_ Paul , it sounds like your entire instance has been deactivated, but maybe just a single page is missing or inaccessible? Are you still able to log into your instance? If so, then, I would contact your administrator to try to determine what might be going on. However, if you are unable to access your instance…
-
hi @norimiya , Unfortunately you don't have access to Atlassian technical support on a free tier. Generally your data would not be subject to deletion independent of the instance itself I think. But it really depends on how long your free instance goes unused. The user that created the instance should be notified multiple…
-
Hi @MD_ Iftekhar Alam Mithu , if the issue is persisting I have some questions and suggestions. * Are other users unable to access? * is this a free instance or paid? * can you try a different browser? Though I done expect the would be the cause. * you may need to contact Atlassian Support

-
Hi @Ester Cerveró , Are you asking about parallel sprints or are you referring to sub-tasks of a story carrying over to the next sprint? Technically you can have sub-tasks in parallel sprints or carry over but that isn't best practice. Given that sub-tasks belong to stories and stories are intended to be addressed within a…
-
You can also try to open a support ticket and select the Billing option to request the instance be restored if data has not been deleted.
-
You might check Modify reporter permission, but I would review all permissions while you are at it. Feel free to share screenshots.
-
Hi @Nathan Yam , just spit balling here. What about something like this? rule 1: calculate and store new WI create date. In this scenario, you would create a custom date field that would store the date at which a new work item should be created. When a work item is created, and the frequency is selected, then the new date…
-
Hi @Mert AGACBICER , agents should absolutely be able to select a customer as the Reporter. Are you sure that no customers are selectable? Can the agent begin typing a known customer name and see if it appears? Are the agents listed as Service desk agent role for the project?
-
Hi @Sébastien RATEL , I have not attempted with JPD but for Jira you can use workflow Conditions to restrict transitions. Is this not available in JPD?
-
Hi @Yeping Tang , I recommend opening a support case with Atlassian. You can select the Billing option.
