Please let me know how it goes and if it all works out consider accepting the answer.

Hi @Roee Aizman , it may be that you have been upgraded to a newer version. Check under project settings. Feel free to share what you see.
-
Understand. I think the challenge here is in how to get the client to adjust their process.
-
Hi @Mark Farmer , see if the following is close to your goal... P.s. I see you are on Premium? If so I highly recommend trying out the AI feature for creating rules as I have found it quite useful.
-
Hi @Frances Suazo , you can achieve this using Automation. The rule might look something like this... * trigger - issue created * condition - fields condition, your custom field = option 1 * action - edit issue, summary = ABC: {{issue.summary}} Give that a try and let me know your results. Note, you mentioned that the…

@Roee Aizman , this question is unrelated to the OP. Please consider posting a new question.

Hi @Karyna Lysikova , basically whatever fields you include in your import will result in updating the field. Example: * your header row = issue key, summary, custom field 1 * you have three rows of data (three issues) * after import the three issues will be update including the Summary and the custom field 1 to match the…

Hi @JVM , I wonder if your configuration is allowing anyone in your domain to gain access? You should review this article to be sure you haven't configured as you desire - control-how-users-get-access-to-products . Also, check User Invites section and chose "Don't allow invites".
-
Hi @Md Emon Miah , welcome to the community. Do you have a question you need help with or something else? It is unclear from your post what you might need. If you can add more details, we might be able to respond more effectively.
-
Hi @Ralph Bitar , I recommend that you reach out to Atlassian support and choose the billing option in the drop-down request. Note, I have also flagged this internally for attention, but it may take a day or two before someone responds here in the community.
-
Hi @Мадина Зарицкая , There is insufficient information here for me to be able to assist.
-
Hi @S S , if the user has an account under a different domain, it will not impact setting up the same person with a different domain. User accounts are based on emails. So exactly what is happening when you try to invite the user? Is it possible that they anre automatically logging in under their other account? It could be…
-
Hi @Karyna Lysikova , yes, this can be done natively. You simply perform a CSV import, and you need to ensure that you include the issue key in one of the columns. Any values included for other existing fields will be updated. If you plan on doing this regularly I recommend that you first test with a single issue until you…
-
Hi @Anthony Taverniti , to be clear, I do not work for Atlassian. I am just a customer here like yourself trying to help out other customers. With that said, I will see if I can get some connections to assist further.
-
Hi @Guy Renko , if adding the client info in each time an issue is created is an option then using custom fields would work. However, I expect you are wanting a solution where the user associated with the Reporter would automatically populate the reporter (client) details. In that case you could use Assets but that…
-
Hi @Rita Arellano , one issue I see is the use of epic link which has been replaced by "parent". You could also eliminate the check to see if children don't match the parent if you wanted and simply overwrite what is there regardless.
-
If you think you could reliably change the sharing process to use @mentions in comments then you might be able to use the mention to add a user as a watcher in Automation. Here is a previous post that might help How-to-trigger-automation-action-if-comment-contains-user-mention

I am not sure. If you don't find a reference in the Community you might check with Atlassian Support.
-
Hi @Anthony Taverniti , so can you access this page - Support for submitting a ticket?
-
Hi @Cédric Daemen , interesting question unfortunately there is no way to do that. Why does the parent SLA not fulfill your requirements and simply leave SLAs off of subtasks?
-
The reason I don't think this would be possible is that the share function in no way updates the ticket so there is nothing to actually trigger upon.
-
Hi @Gal Fatal , I do not believe that is possible. What is the goal/use-case here?
-
Is the option copy from trigger issue available?
-
Hi @Paka , Welcome to the community. Might I ask you to elaborate on what problem you are trying to solve as that might help provide a more complete/helpful answer.
-
I can't access the site to check this but here is an article that might help enable-automatic-accounts-creation-through-email-requests . In there you will find info on approved domains.
-
Hi @Fredrik Sievers , unsure how much research you may have already done. Indeed the date format has always been a bit of a trial and error for me depending on the source format. I find that the following source helps me out - unable-to-parse-date-error-using-csv-import-in-jira-cloud . In that article it references the…
-
It may be that the domain has been approved such that anyone in you domain gets access without the need for approval. Can you check that? I have not experienced that message before personally.
-
Hi @Anthony Taverniti , i am assuming that indeed you are not on Free tier since you indicate Standard but mor importantly on Free tier all users have full permissions and this cannot be changed. So, when you go to open a ticket please select the billing option as it should allow you to creat a ticket. The likely reason…
