Hi @Purnendu Chavan , there is an open feature request for being able to use project role within an automation rule. In the meantime, here is an article with a workaround you might consider. send-email-to-a-project-role
-
Ok. So what are your observations at this time?
-
Hi @TOMAS BAJARUNAS , things have changed since this was originally posted. Today CMP allows you to expand/collapse a task to see children. TMP projects show a child icon and if you select the issue the children ar3 shown in the sidebar popup

Have you verified that the failure is on the time condition? I am not sure but should you use "H" instead of "HH"? For troubleshooting purposes, I would remove the time component altogether and see if you can get the rule to behave as expected. Then add in the appropriate time condition.

Hi @Bryan Cheung , I am unable to reproduce that in my instance. If others are experiencing this and it is occurring with multiple pdf files and multiple browsers, I would highly recommend raising a ticket with Atlassian support so that they might investigate.
-
Hi @KMEROVIL , disclaimer – I may not be understanding your request completely, but wanted to offer the following document in hopes that it helps with your goal. It explains how to set up the email address to be used for notifications in your JSM project. send-notifications-from-a-custom-domain-email-address if I am off…

Oh, and hopefully someone with knowledge about integrating directly with Teams can chime in here and share their experiences.
-
You cannot currently send a DM to a Teams user. You can send a message to a Teams channel if you first create an app and use the generated webhook. I have done this for Slack and number of times but not teams directly. Below is the link I found online but you're encouraged to research this further on your own.…

Hi @Leon Dedolf , to be clear Jira does not have a concept of "customers". Jira Service Management does have the concept of Customers. Which project type are you using here? This info is found in the upper left under the project name. if you were working with a service project then you have the ability to add internal…
-
Access permissions for TMP is under project settings > access. Once there you can add users and select their role, e.g. administrator, member, viewer.
-
Hi @Leon Dedolf , welcome to the community. You mentioned customer here and internal comment. Is this a Jira or Jira Service Management project? For TMP projects the only way to restrict comments is to make the user viewer only.
-
Hi @Aleena Umaiir , what do you mean you're unable to view the user? Are you saying that a specific user is not available in the Assignee field? Can you go to project settings and look under access for this specific user? If the user appears what access level do they have?

If the billing contact left the company, please contact Atlassian support and select the Billing option.

If they are dates use the diff() function... {{issue.Time To Detect.diff(issue.Time To Resolve)}}
-
Hi @Aswad Deshpande , if these are number fields then you need to use the minus() function. Below is the excerpt from the documentation. Plus/Minus Adds or subtracts one numerical smart value with another. For example, you could update the current story point estimate for an issue by adding a point for each subtask.…
-
Hi @Christian Schulze , can you navigate to the billing admin section by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right and select Billing? From there you can choose any project and manage billing to get to billing details.
-
Hi @David Merkel , I recommend using Team Managed Projects. The project lead can manage access. Users without access will not see these projects.
-
There isn't a means of accomplishing this with automation. Maybe, if using a company managed project you could rethink the solution and leverage a cascading select field.
-
Hi @Shasheekant Patel , based on what you have provided here at all, seems possible and precisely how SLAs work. The one question I have is exactly what you mean by ticket categories here what field or fields will be used to identify ticket categories? If you have not already done so, I recommend that you read the…
-
Hi @ariharan m , Not unless you import the changes using a CSV save file with the changes that you made. The free app that I believe you are using here only post data from Jira. It does not push data to Jira.
-
Sorry I don't think I can help you and unsure this is the right place to get help TBH.
-
@franck_vella , possibly the instance has not been accessed for some time?

Hi @Si Van Tran , please read the partner guidelines regarding identifying yourself as being a vendor and necroposting.

Hi @mohamed sobhy , unsure the context of the Java error here. Please provide more details.

Please note that the ability to have multiple Help Centers is a new-ish feature and only currently available in Premium and Enterprise tiers.

Yes, I understand completely. I have a very similar need at the moment with another client. The bottom line is that we need the ability to create a template project and copy that into another project, either in its entirety or partial, such as an epic and all children, including subtasks. However, we don't have a nice easy…

I think your best option is to reach out to an Atlassian partner using the link I provided above.
