Here is the explanation Analysis I researched this through all of the normal channels (Community, Google, peers) without any luck. So I reached out to Atlassian support and was able to get closure. Yay! Info back from Support (BTW hats off to them for a same day response) <There is an open bug on this>…

Regarding the "new" anomaly here is an update. Here is an open bug reporting the issue - JRACLOUD-80301 Jira sending incorrect statuscategory name in webhook payloads As this bug is not the primary topic of this OP I plan to Post another question that is specific to the bug so that I can provide an answer. The obvious…

That seems like something that the creator of the form added. Can you edit the form and verify/remove? You should find the form under project settings Forms if Advanced forms are used. If it is the standard form this would be under the specific Request types.
-
@Ankur Sharma , I don't use whiteboards much but wonder if the page history would help here. Did you check previous versions to see if it was there? If that isn't successful then you would need to reach out to Atlassian support.
-
Hi @Med Abdou , if you are asking how you delete you instance entirely you can go to settings - billing - click on "manage" to the right of each product listed - in the following page scroll to the bottom and cancel subscriptions. You can also cancel individual products in that screen as well.

Yes indeed!

I did a quick test and also found that the event did not trigger.
-
Hi @ana_faustino , from what you have conveyed, it all seems very straightforward and as you have experience with it working previously, I am suspicious of a regression. Please do open a support ticket with Atlassian and let us know what they find.
-
Hi @ana_faustino , how confident are you in the fact that the associated event actually resulted in a trigger of the rule? I have not personally used page moved as a trigger before. It certainly could be that there has been a regression and a recent update to your instance. I will try the page moved trigger and let you…

@John Funk , that sounds like a great idea! 😂 I do plan to peruse an answer today and will let folks know what I find here along with my full solution to my original post.

The "Teams" field cannot be used to meet your needs. You should create a custom field or Form field "Priority group" that is the exposed to the customer. Then you can filter upon this for internal use.

By JQL extension app are you referring to the Official Excel/Sheets extension or something else? I was simply using the export function built into Jira not the aforementioned extension (although I would expect similar results with the excel/sheets extension, and will have to test) and was able to obtain the results as seen…
-
@John Funk , one word multi-verse. Of course the Jack involved in this effort is the original and likely not the best.
-
@Pasam Venkateshwarrao , what about the native method is missing here? Maybe there is something more in @Diego Manfrin a requirements that would lead us to a non-native solution and hopefully he will chime back in here soon. However I am always in learning mode and I my usage/needs for export are narrow so please share…

Yes "New" is what is being returned as a status category which I have not seen before. I am going to try to understand this further example...

Update... I think I have figured out the key piece using the below rule as a test. I am opting to use log action rather than actual transition actions during my early testing to keep things simple. One odd observance here. During my testing I transitioned an issue from In Progress back to To Do status. I would have…

@John Funk , I am not following. I just did a quick test export and got this. -
Hi @Diego Manfrin , when you export there will be a parent field. Are you not seeing this?
-
Hi @Hava Salit , my question is regarding number two. What exactly do you want to happen here by "under this group"? You can easily create different queues for each team and define the queue using the team field, e.g. team = A team = B etc
-
Hi @yazwas , I have flagged your post for assistance.
-
TBH, I have not spent any time with configuring alerts, on call scheduling, etc. since it has been integrated so unsure how different/similar it is with Opsgenie UI. The best I can offer is to research the docs a bit. Here is one place to start. set-up-operations-and-complete-your-shift-to-jira-service-management
-
Hi @Shafieka , have you considered using a dashboard gadget for your needs? Maybe Created vs. resolved would be a good choice. The two-dimensional would be another good choice.
-
Hi @yazwas , I guess you check your spam/junk folder?
-
Hi @Stephen Graham , yes the features of Opsgenie have been integrated into JSM. For pricing info please look here - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing
-
Hi @PgM Innovations Support Team , I have relocated your post from Jira questions to this group.
-
Hi @Roberto Carvalho , welcome to the Community. The only impacts would be if you use those gadgets for analysis/reporting. If you do not use them then no worries.
-
Agreed
-
hi @Werner Giessler , to be clear it is all email acctivity incoming and outgoing that contribute, if my memory serves.
-
Thanks for sharing @Sebastian Krzewiński . You might want to move this to Jira Articles collection rather than questions.
-
Hi @İsmail Cem Babaoğlu , you have indicated that you are on a Free tier. it could be that the instance has not been accessed for a long time. Free instances will be decommissioned if they sit idle too long?
