Hi @Abdelrahman Odeh , Welcome to the community. You have posted a question in the confluence collection. However, the image you shared appears to be from the Jira application. Can you confirm which application you are referring to here? Within Jira there is not a border around the table in that view.

Hi @Broussard, Anna , not OOTB. I recommend checking out the marketplace. Or just hang out here a bit as I'm sure there will be 4+ recommendations from marketplace partners posted soon.
-
Hi @Hava Salit , so you can't set the assignee to a group as it is intended to be a single user. What you could do is use your custom field to create unique queues that the various priority teams could focus upon.
-
Hi @sana khazari , The images are missing. I don't understand exactly what your question is. Maybe you could provide more details?
-
Of course add whatever other query parameters you want e.g. project = abc
-
Hi @Miiko Bradley , you can use the following... sprint in opensprints()
-
Hi @Dominik.Garstka , welcome to the community. So my first question is, how are you defining predecessors and successors? Are you linking issues like finish to start? If you are using links to define this than the way to adjust dates is by using automation. The other question is when you refer to something moving out does…

Hi @Gala Geiger , welcome to the Community. the Community isn't the best place to reach the product managers. I recommend using the in-app feedback which you will find under the "?" icon in upper right.
-
Hi @Regine Lill , so you have a user whose access was "suspended" and you are trying to "restore" access. Is that correct? If so, when you find the user under User management (be sure to disable "active" filter so you can find the inactive user and attempt to restore, do you receive an error?

Hi @Vishnu Vardhan Chenna , I think you value formatting may be the culprit. Just as a test to see if the rest of the rule is working can you set the value to - {{now.minusYears(1).format("yyyy")}}-{{now.format("yy")}}{{/}}
-
Hi @Werner Giessler , there isn't anywhere this is captured such that you could assess unfortunately. I would recheck your notification config for every project to ensure they are indeed off or limited.
-
Hi @Kai Beckstein , a parent issue will not inherit the due date from any of its children unless specifically directed thru automation or some other scripting solution. I would inspect the History of the Epic where the due date equates to that of the child to understand where/how it was set.
-
Hi @Konstantin Löscher , as you can see there are quite a few option to choose from including an OOTB method. Hopefully, you can meet your needs but let me know if you have further questions.
-
I would contact the DSP engineer mentioned and ask if they know who the Admin is so that they can give you access.
-
Hi @vennila_g , welcome to the community. Unfortunately, no that is not something that can be configured.
-
Can you explain, in more detail exactly what you were doing, and share specific screenshots of what you are saying. You mentioned you have been told to go through the website. Told by who and what do you mean by go through the website? Do you have some specific link that you are trying to access and you were getting an…

Hi @Michael Teixeira , welcome to the community. It appears that you may be trying to access Jira work items within your instance. If you are unable to do so, you should reach out to the administrator, I assume that is not you (?), to request access to the project.
-
Hi @Annie Kearns , so for issues (work items) to be consider complete in sprints the status(es) must be in the right most column. I don't see an image of your board so unsure where your 'done' statuses fall within your columns.
-
Hi @Betsy Edson , that is correct. They are independent applications.
-
It works in free.
-
As @Akash Singh indicated the new UI navigation experience is rolling out. He mentions how to revert, however I would not expect this to remain long term so eventually you will need to embrace the new.
-
Hi @Nigam Gandhi , it sounds like you want to change one of your SLAs. Is that the case? If so and you have admin permissions go to project settings > SLAs and find the appropriate SLA and goal to adjust the time.
-
Hi @Alok Kumar , your two images are from different views. When is the backlog and one is the board view. So not exactly sure what you are referring to here. Can you share more info?
-
Note - you could use CSV export/import to copy issues to a new project but not configuration data.
-
Hi @c.ermeier , that isn't currently available. OOTB. There are third-party solutions such as deep clone for Jira that you could look into. Check out the marketplace for possible options if that is an option for you. Most if not all apps allow for free trial.
-
@nmaydanyuk , if you are using a text custom field that would not be an option as a statistic. You could consider a single select field but that does mean more hands-on effort with automation as organizations are added/removed.
-
@Martin Proietti , I don't have a great deal of experience with investigating this but I did spend a bit of time with refined-for-jira-cloud . It replaces the Atlassian and leverages the API to create a portal that you design/layout. I am unsure if it presents a solution for multi-level request hierarchy or not.
-
My guess is a new implementation is rolling out that is causing this. Maybe this is by design or a regression.
-
if you want to leverage a specific date of transition then you would need to create a custom field and record that date when the transition occurs using automation. There is no way to extract it from the history. At least I have never found a way of doing so. As I recall, there are third-party solutions if that is…
