Hi @Thomas Muders , not sure folks here can provide an answer. I would definitely recommend providing this feedback via the in-app feedback link under the "?" icon in upper right.
-
Hi @Liam Melvein , can you share your filters?
-
Hi @Patrik Klein , based on what you have shared I definitely would open a support ticket. are you receiving for CMP? This is happening for all TMP projects?
-
Hi @Tash Tan , I am guessing you are using a Company Managed Project? It could be the board setting that are excluding epics. Can you click on the ellipses, select Board configuration and check the filter and subfilter. Feel free to share here.

Hi @Edgar Rafii Manzo , could you create a test customer account, e.g. using your personal email or create a test gmail account, and then use it to check if you receive notifications. If you do then it is possible that your actual customer domain is blacklisted, if you do not then it is likely a permissions issue.
-
Hi @Vlad Fed , are you looking for this... Assignee = currentUser() and assignee IN membersOf("xxxxx") where xxxxx is the group
-
Hi @Edgar Rafii Manzo , how do you know no email is being sent? It could be that it is in the app in their spam folder or possibly their email address is blacklisted for some reason. Have you asked one customer to navigate to the help center portal to see if they can access?
-
Hi @Shrikant Wagh , sorry you are experiencing troubles with getting support. I assume you already have an open support ticket? I believe there should be an escalate button on your request. Is that not the case?
-
Hi @Kjell Langmo , welcome to the Community. There is not a means to achieve this today.
-
Hi @Adam Slate , I have not found a way to accomplish this short of using Jira for tasks. Here is an open suggestion - CONFCLOUD-35150 Tasks' due dates should be notified to users through notification box or email
-
my head has been in the sand here and missed this post. I am diving in now!
-
Hi @Ronny Verbeeck , welcome to the community. This isn't a feature available OOTB. You might consider looking at third-party apps such as Tempo or others.
-
Hi @Katarina Nastos , I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. OSP is intended to be used as an initial, rough estimate of the work you're planning to do. I have gathered two different references that hopefully will answer your question more completely. Please let me know if this is not the case. in this article I…

Hi @Cronin, Carly (Credit Platform / CiFD & Enhancements) , welcome to the Community. Have you tried bulk edit? Another option would be to create an automation rule... * scheduled with JQL - statuscategory = done * Action - edit work items, select flagged field and leave value empty

good tip. I did get this automation working and took a slightly different approach which your answer clued me in on. I decided to use the following / Gets the number of days between two dates {{now.diff(issue.created).days}} which looked like this...…
-
No immediate luck. I have some other ideas that I'm going to try, but need to move onto some other things at the moment.
-
Will give it a go... and let you know.
-
I got the following syntax to pass but it still does not compare as I would expect.
-
Hi @Mikael Sandberg , I had not. I am trying it now but the syntax isn't quite right. In your suggestion fred and endDate are smartvalues. I get ... unable to render smart values...
-
Ok so indeed it has to do with the date. I tested if {{fred}} is less than {{endDate}} and it succeeded. So I just need to recall how to ignore the time component I think as that is not important in my compare.
-

@hi @[deleted] , I am unclear exactly what you are asking here. Which account are you trying to delete?
-
Hi @Jason Liu , unfortunately no that is not possible.
-
Hi @Tracey Hanna Dailhou , welcome to the community. Here are the basic instructions. * click on the COG icon in upper right and choose Work items in the list * choose Custom fields in the sidebar * search for the desired field to be modified * Click on the ellipses in the far right for the field and choose Contexts and…

Ok, let me try to restate your goals to ensure I understand fully. You have an epic with, for example, five children and some of those may have the word VORLAGE in the summaries. For whatever reason you wish to trigger an automation from one of those child stories. That automation will seek out all other stories under the…
-
Hi @Katarina Nastos , unfortunately if a story doesn't complete in a sprint then any work will not apply to the sprint. The only work around would be to create a new story to capture the work done and add that story to the sprint. The reason for the use of "original" story points is simply to illustrate the difference…

Epic link is now obsolete replaced by Parent. I still don't understand your use case can you please detail exactly what you are trying to accomplish?

Hi @Shrikant Khawale , welcome to the Community. Yes you can but it is a bit tedious. For each workflow where a transition sets the resolution field you can use jira.field.resolution property to include or exclude resolutions. Include is generally the best option to protect against future resolutions being added. I believe…
