Sorry, I should have added that once you save the rule just run it manually right from the rule by clicking on the ellipses.

Hi @Mengqian Shi , welcome to the Community. Your branching bit is inaccurate. Is this a one-time condition that you wish to correct on a single specific epic? If so Ibwould create a temporary rule like below. * scheduled rule with JQL - type = story and parent = abc-123 and summary ~ "VORLAGE" * Action - use you current…

Hi @Roberto Gimenez Alapont , JSM provides "Views" which is a recently added Kanban board. While you are not able to create multiple "Views" you can create additional Kanban boards. You create different filters and save these so that you can use them to create additional boards. You will need to save them to your profile…

Hi @Thanuja Gunasekara , you can only add subtasks as a child to a work item that is equivalent to a task level. jira standard provides: Epic > Story/Task/Feature (if created) > subtask jira premium provides: Program > Initiative > Epic > Story/Task > subtask

Hi @Daniel Shukrun , you have the option to use the custom field to reference fields. The format is customfield_xxxxxx and can be found by going to settings-work items-custom fields and find your field. Select the field and Edit details. In the URL at the end you will find a number like 10050. That will be your customfield…

Thanks for chiming in @Bill Sheboy , unfortunately, and I should have conveyed earlier, controls around page naming are largely non-existent though I may try to push for this. In the meantime, I have pushed for an approach that would simply require the inclusion of a URL field for the time being. I expect that your second…

Hi @Rishi Samlal , it really depends on your definition of test lifecycle. You could use Jira + Confluence together. For example... * create requirements in Confluence (table) and map requirements to Jira issues for development * create test cases in Jira and link to Dev issues and also map to requirements * Confluence…

@Sarah Kelemen-Gottswinter , you should provide feedback via the in-app feedback link under the "?" Icon.
-
Hi @Deepak Kumar , you cannot unlock the Sprint field. I don't understand what you mean by "close to the last Sprint number". There should be no reason to modify the sprint field context.
-
Hi @Aleksandar Ilijevski , It is quite likely that you are referencing an unsupported automation feature in DC. By chance, are you referencing a custom field within a lookup issues function? Unless something is changed, I know that that is still on supported in DC. At the same time, it is odd that it is working for sub…
-
Hi @Aleksandar Ilijevski . Could you share your rule and also the audit logs?
-
Hi @Andrew M Robulack , my understanding is that a Task report is used to capture Action items. Yes, it is odd that it wasn't simply called Action time report.
-
Hi @Hi-Tech Business Hub , if by "section" you mean "space" the you should be able to export by clicking on the ellipses next to the space in the sidebar then select space settings then general.
-
Hi @Vasily Belov , you should be able to use Automation to do this. Create a scheduled Automation that has a JQL that resolves to your desired results. Use the Send to Teams action. This requires you to create an incoming webhook. some info that might be helpful…
-
Hi @Ashok Shembde , that isn't possible with native JQL. Obviously you will see the link issues if you click into the one issue. You might consider different add-ons in the marketplace.
-
Hi @Sachin Guttala , are you asking how to notify the reporter of an issue whenever another issue is linked to the ticket. You can do this with automation but there may be challenges/limitations depending on your requirements. For example how do you define the "main ticket". Let me explain. lets say issue A assigned to…
-
Look at the Widget solution as it most closely resembles your requirements.
-
Oh, and one other variation would be to setup your own company web page and use the JSM Widget channel option. This would allow the customer to open a ticket without having to log in simply by using their email. While there are limitations of this option it might be best for setting up a kiosk.
-
Hi @Adam Brown , sure you can do this simply by putting the iPad in place and set the browser window to your portal URL. You might have IT restrict navigation so the iPad remains on the one address. The issue will be to educate the users to logout after submitting a ticket so that the next customer doesn't open a ticket…

I have flagged for investigation.

Hi @Jennifer Neusch , indeed, that is one of the limitations or shortcomings of using conditions. I do wish there was a way to provide feedback to the user trying to make the transition happen. One option, though not ideal IMO, is to use automation. The way this would work is that you would allow the transition to happen…
-
Hi @Jakob Klepp , you are correct in that it cannot be removed. You might wish to provide feedback to Atlassian via the Feedback link in the app. You will find this under the ? Icon in the upper right.
-
I just noticed that this was posted under analytics. So maybe this is a different field than the sprint original estimate you are referring to?
-
Hi @leroy_kahn_zip_co , yes. How are you trying to access. In JQL you can use "originalestimate is not empty" as an example. You can export the JQL results and the value will be in seconds.
-
Hi @Midhun SS , by license status alerts do you mean renewal notifications or something more? I don't know of any means of triggering on these such that Automation could be used. If these are regular and predicted notifications, such as renewals, you could simply consider setting up reminders notifications within Teams.
-
And by the way, I note that you are on premium tier. As such do you have access to AI capabilities there is an AI function within automation that you can use plain language to create automation rules. You may need to tweak it a bit after it is created, but it is really an excellent tool for automation. I encourage you to…
-
Hi @Sébastien OZANNE , you can use automation for this. You would set up a a scheduled rule that would run daily. In that schedule component use JQL to return all issues that are due within three days. Then use if/else to raise the priority. here is a quick example.
-
Hi @Arshad mohammed , it could be that you do not have browse permissions. Have you spoken to the project administrator?
-
@John Funk , you are killin me. And here I was thinking just how much I missed seeing you at Team this year. I'm going to cry myself to sleep tonight.
-
Hi @Charlotte Reynolds , does your scheduled trigger include a JQL? it seems to me that you should set up a schedule trigger with a JQL that returns the issues that you want to inspect and action on. If you do this you do not need the branch at all. The trigger will return a list of issues that meet your criteria and then…
