Ah, got it. I don't think this is possible currently. I thought about creating an automation which moves the page afterwards to the correct personal space, but afaik the move page action doesn't accept a smart value as a space key :/ Maybe someone else has a better idea.

If you talk about Backbone Issue Sync, you can check out this help article which guides you how to configure specific groups in the global settings - and only these groups can access Backbone's configuration then.
