Hi @Zubair Khan I haven't tried this myself, but you could try to do use a smart value with the replace function like this: {{issue.description.replace({{issue.description.match("(Customer Account\:.{0,15})")}}, "Customer Account: NEWVALUE")}} Does that work for you? Alternatively, you could also store the value of…

That‘s actually described in the linked docs (I‘m assuming you’re in a team-managed project): To create a new status: * From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Issue types. * From the sidebar, select the issue type you want to edit. * Select Edit workflow. * Using the toolbar at the top of the editor, select…

Hi @Tal Nidam welcome to the Atlassian Community. The status field is a special field in Jira. Whenever you create an issue it will be automatically in the first status of your workflow. You can also checkout the documentation about the status field. Would you like to pick different statuses on creation? How about…

Hi David, I'm afraid I can't help much then but point you to the actual zephyr support team. I guess, you'll get more directed help over there. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @Monette Warren you can configure your Confluence Cloud for anonymous access so that not logged in users are able to see content. You can then use space permissions and page restrictions to configure exactly which pages should be public. See also this documentation page for more details. Cheers, Matthias. PS: As an…

Hi @David Schellenberger welcome to the Atlassian Community. I don't know much about zephyr, but I've used the Jira APIs enough to give you more background on this error. The error message tells you that the field reporter is not on the appropriate screen. The rest of the error tells you that it can't create an issue.…

That looks like fun activities, @Reni Carlson! To add on what @Ollie Guan linked, there's also an advent calendar for our rock the docs page which nicely extends this Confluence Holiday Workshop, I think: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/advent-calendar.

Congrats @Brant Schroeder, @Kishan Sharma & @Fabian Lim! Have fun playing all the board games! And thank you for prompting me with the board games for more activity in the community again. I'm trying to keep up my active commitment more than I've done in the past.

Hi @Tobbe Wilson the thread you've linked is talking about a user macro which is unfortunately not available on Confluence Cloud. I don't know of a way how to do that for the standard Confluence export, but if you're willing to look into apps, you can checkout the Scroll PDF Exporter which has a placeholder named Export…

So, does the instance https://onesaitplatform.atlassian.net/wiki belong to you? If yes, do you pay for it? Or is it a free instance? If you pay for it, you can also try contacting the Atlassian support which might be better suited to help you by looking at your actual data.
-
Hi @Denis Oliveira I have to admit that I don't have a direct solution to your question about the various columns. However, you could give the Scroll PDF Exporter a try. This has way more formatting options than the built-in Exporter. And they also add an extra macro for keeping content together. Cheers, Matthias. PS:…

Hi @Elizabeth Renda this seems like a bug in Confluence, see also CONFCLOUD-71166. In this issue a workaround is mentioned: First, insert values in all columns and then publish the page and then edit again and add the jira issues on the page, now it should show smart links. Maybe that also helps you? Cheers, Matthias.

Hi @fatimaj786 welcome to the Atlassian Community. It's sad to be blocked out of content you need. What steps have you done to resolve the problem? Did you talk to your space administrator? Or maybe a colleague who has access and is able to check which page has some restrictions applied and why you can't see them? It's…

Hi @ajay_gemidi welcome to the Atlassian Community. In order to change the url of your Confluence, you can follow this guide: * From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, click Products > Product URLs. * From the site where you want to change the URL, click Update URL. * From the Update URL dialog, enter the beginning…
-
Hi @vicky kung then, I'd recommend to go the Atlassian support route. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @Bibin Mohan Kareethra that doesn't look like a standard Confluence feature. Can you share more details what app you are using for that? Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @Nick Fifield does it work if you switch into the edit mode for the old page and copy the user mentions from there? This works for me 😏 As an alternative, you could create a page template which contains all the user mentions you'd like to have in there. I guess that only works if your group of people is rather…
-
Hi @vicky kung it seems that this problem can be caused by multiple reasons. I've found these articles which might be able to help you: * Problem with Preview Plugin They list as possible solutions using Oracle Java 8 vs. openjdk 8 or clearing the plugin cache. * CONFSERVER-52541 This lists some plugins which you should…

Hi @Dabin Daniel Sundaram I think you should look into why the pages are not editable. If that's working again you can split up the page by copy/pasting content to other pages. Here are some Confluence Knowledgebase articles to get you started in your troubleshooting: * Unable to edit any paged in Confluence due to…

Hi @Jaka Percic , welcome to the Atlassian Community. In general, I‘d advise you to get used to the new editor since the legacy editor will go away some day. If you search for a way how to activate it, I‘ve described that in this post. Cheers, Matthias
-
@Takafumi Ohtake -Ricksoft- & @Francesca if you figure out the solution, you still might want to share it here so that other people may be able to find it. All the best for identifying & fixing the problem!
-
Hi @Francesca welcome to the Atlassian Community. For that sort of problems I recommend to directly connect with the vendor’s support. Usually, they’re quite responsive and eager to help (having our support team in mind) Are you talking about Ricksoft‘s Space Sync app? If yes, you can contact their support here. Cheers,…
-
Hi @Vaclav Elias welcome to the Atlassian Community. As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said, eventually you have to use the new editor since the old editor will go away some day. If you want to enable the legacy editor, you could also follow these steps: * Install this free app: Property Inspector for Confluence * Create a new…

Hi @Yannick Bruhin I guess, you're also affected by CONFCLOUD-73213. Does it help for you to disable spell checking as advised as a workaround? Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @ABoerio could it be that you're experiencing the behavior described in CONFCLOUD-73213. It seems Atlassian is already working on a fix, however as a workaround you also might try to disable the spell-checking as described in the issue: Disable spell check on: chrome://settings/languages Cheers, Matthias
-
Hi @Nico Leschnik welcome to the Atlassian Community. That sounds like a bug to me and I recommend to report it to the Atlassian support instead of the Community so that they might have a look at your instance and this exact page to troubleshoot the problem. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @Matt Williams my colleagues started to create a Confluence Best Practice series with short & easy to watch videos. Check it out here. Currently, they cover topics like: * Sharing content * how to create beautiful pages * templates * Content Reuse * Labels Maybe you get some inspiration from them. Cheers, Matthias

Hi @Ku Yee Yong it seems to me that Miro is preventing it that they're boards are shown in an iframe macro. I've found the time to try it out now. Therefore, I'd recommend what @Fabian Lim shared. Do you have a paid Miro plan? I think that's the requirement for it. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hi @Łukasz Król welcome to the Atlassian Community. Unfortunately, what you want to achieve is not possible at the moment. You can argue if it's a bug or a missing feature. My colleagues are building the Scroll PDF Exporter which also suffers from this problem. The only thing you can do for now is voting and commenting on…
-
Hi @Matt Williams I don't know of a built-in way to do that, but if you don't shy away from some development yourself, you could develop a macro using Atlassian Forge. You could develop a macro which doesn't need any configuration. Once it's on a page, it can call two REST APIs to retrieve the required data: * Get Space…
