It's hard to fully troubleshoot it like this. But my guess would be that you might have selected a status which is not fitting to the workflow of the issue. * The status of the trigger step should fit to the workflow of the source project (where you setup this automation). * The status of the last action should fit to the…

Hi @Mikołaj Ogrzywalski you can do so using Automation. This automation can listen to events and perform certain actions. In your case, I assume, it should be sth. like: * When: Issue Transitioned to 'Done' * For: Linked issues of type "clones/is cloned by" * Then Transition the issue to 'Closed' Let us know if that works…

Hi @raya_amrullah welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm not too familiar with Telegram, but I would first try to post a message from Trello to Telegram and then continue to post an attachment. I'd probably approach it like this: * Create a Telegram bot & get its API token * Add the bot to the desired chat and get the…

Hi @Anna Szabó, the Table Transformer macro is added by the app Table Filter and Charts for Confluence by Stiltsoft. I'd recommend to reach out to their support who should be able to help you troubleshooting your case. Cheers, Matthias.

@Peter Van de Voorde, I love co-op board games and I also think it's a great way to form teams together. One game which comes spontaneously to my mind which we often play within my team is Codenames. This is not a real co-op game since you still compete with two teams against each other. But within your team, you really…

Adding on to @Allan Maxwell's answer. Here's a list of possible apps you can use for synchronizing your issues. You can configure exactly the data what you'd like to share. PS: I'm working for the team behind Backbone Issue Sync.

Sounds like a good change. I hope, you don't hurt yourself with all the boxes, @Andy Gladstone

Then fingers crossed that you get a positive reply from the Anonymized plugin view support. I'm pretty sure Exalate would also be happy to help discussing your use case. All the best for your solution! Cheers, Matthias PS: If you think the answer is helpful, you can click on the 'Accept Answer' button :)

Hi @ksanju k welcome to the Atlassian Community. Can you describe in a bit more detail what you'd like to achieve exactly? GDPR compliance is a broad use case and I'm missing the part in what context you'd like to show or not show user details in order to help you better. Based on the previous version of your question and…

Your reply got me actually thinking. Every status in Jira belongs to a status category. The values of these categories are fixed to 'Open', 'In Progress' and 'Done' which is in essence what you've described with 'To do', 'Doing' and 'Done'. You can also search by statusCategory or statusCategoryChangedDate. However, these…

Hey @Suseendran Rajkumar have you checked Xray's documentation about their REST API? They also have a subpage specific to TestPlans. You can add tests to test plans using POST/DELETE calls. Cheers, Matthias.
-
You could come up with a script using the REST APIs which runs on a periodical basis. This could then read all components and update all other components. In order to properly update them, you'd need to maintain some sort of mapping so that you know which components belong to each other.

Hi @Felipe Fischmann welcome to the Atlassian Community. A workflow in Jira does not know about backwards and forwards, there is no clear direction in it. Depending on the workflow, there could be a multitude of ways issues can take. Therefore JQL does not have a feature to filter issues that "progressed" towards a certain…

Hey @Annelé Venter welcome to the Atlassian Community. I can agree that there should be a search bar next to the bell. Can you still access the search using the shortcut / ? (The forward slash is the shortcut). Cheers, Matthias.

Hi @Nicole Pomponio I'd recommend to ask this question directly to Tempo's support. I'm sure they'd be hapy to help you. Cheers, Matthias. PS: If you've got an answer, it would still be great to leave it here.

I've replied to your other question. Please refrain from posting the same question twice in the future - it's just adding duplication to the community.

Hi Morten, as far as I understand, you're searching for a solution to synchronize various ITSM systems with each other. There are various ways how to achieve this: * Program a solution/scripts yourself If you'd like to go this way, I'd recommend to have a look at Jira's REST API which consists of the standard Jira REST API…

Hi Anthony, I don't know a way how to do this out of the box, but you could write a script which uses the REST API to generate such a report. I would write it like: * Get all servicedesks With this request you can retrieve all service desk projects. This includes a service desk id. * Get all request types for each service…

In addition to that, doing a full backup while Jira is running might result in a bad Jira performance.

Hi @Suporte Vitara, if you want to get an overview of the various possible solutions for this use case, go check out Atlassian's marketplace and search for issue sync apps. I'm part of the team behind Backbone Issue Sync. We concentrate on making synchronizations as simple as possible. Let us know if you want more…

Hi @Yokai-FTW Jira has an official REST API with many endpoints to get information. You can view the docs around the project related endpoints here. This one is specifically about getting the details for a given project: {baseUrl}/rest/api/2/project/{projectKey}. Here's an example which you can call in your browser for the…

@[deleted] - I sincerely hope there will be a migration path for existing Orderly users, also because we at K15t are using the app quite heavily all across our Confluence instance. Other users started like this as well, so I'm quite confident that there will be some way to migrate - the question is probably how much manual…

Hi @mehran khadivi welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm not sure if I fully understood your scenario, but I'm asking some questions to move the topic forward. What's the desirable outcome for your customer(s)? * Do they need to know that the issue is handled by different teams? * Do they need to communicate with the…

Hi @Morten Dieckmann-Keden I'm not sure what you exactly mean with "flow between instances", but here's my interpretation. Some tickets should be copied to other instances or even being kept in sync between the instances. Copy issues between instances If you're only interested in a copy between the instances, you could go…

Hi @anson.wu welcome to the Atlassian Community. In order to link 2 User Stories (or issues in general) from different sites, the sites need to be connected with an application link. You can find more details how to do this in Atlassian's documentation. After you've setup the link, you can choose which Jira you want to…

@Krimo Khermane, I'm missing Confluence Databases on your list, but this was in another keynote, I think.
-
If you want to get a more detailed impression how Confluence Databases may look like, check out our existing videos for Orderly Databases: * Demo video * Apptoberfest video I'm excited how it will finally look like when it's integrated into Confluence Cloud.
-
Thank you for the feedback, @Steven Rhodes. We'll perform some tests with 500+ projects and see what we can do.

All the marketplace apps are always licensed based on the number of users of the whole instance. There's no way around it unless the apps would implement another licensing mechanism. You can check the marketplace if there are some cheaper alternatives - or still script your own solution. If you only have a couple of…

Hi @David Pleşu instead of synchronizing all the values, you could also simply reference data from an SQL database. There are apps in the marketplace which can handle this use case. I've used Elements Connect in the past for it with success, but you should probably judge yourself if you want to go that way. Cheers,…
