That's a relatable experience with New Year's resolutions. I'd say no to resolutions because I had never kept those promises that I made to myself. However, on the last day of 2023, I decided on a new approach by using an Excel spreadsheet to log daily activities focused on physical, mental, and brain health. This includes…

Thanks for sharing! Happy New Year to everyone!

You are right. I noticed that the 'getValueFromIssue' method may be invoked 12 times within a single request. From my research Editing an issue was triggering the most calls to this method. My observations were based on tests using Jira 8.4, but I'm not sure if there have been any enhancements since then. This reminds me…

Ahaha! You're absolutely right. It seems I was so excited to dive into the code that I completely overlooked the fact that it was a script field.

Hi @Ahmadi Islem It is a bit tricky because these translations are not stored in the issuestatus table. They are stored in a properties table, where they are associated with language-specific keys. Please take it with a pinch of salt but as far as I know, the translations are usually stored in the propertytext or…

I did not see anything wrong in your code that will cause performance and high CPU load problems. However, I'd suggest creating issue using the issueService. import com.atlassian.jira.bc.issue.IssueService // Create a new issue IssueService.CreateValidationResult createValidationResult = issueService.validateCreate(…

Another downside (apart from modifying each workflow) of this approach is that it will not work for already resolved tickets.

Hi @Andreas Lorz Did you try returning the result (changer) from the upper block of your code? Instead of returning within each closure of the loop, you could declare a variable outside the loop. Populate this variable with the value as you iterate through the loop, and then return this variable after the loop completes.
-
Hi @Andreas Lorz You have two options: 1. Continue with your current code and use usermanager.getUserByKey(item.getUserKey()) to cast to an ApplicationUser. 2. Alternatively, use `changeHistoryManager.getChangeHistories(issue)` to retrieve all change histories. Then, check if they are related to the resolution field, and…

Hi @Anna Zdzioch Welcome to the Community! I intended to include additional links above the comment made by @Marc -Devoteam- With Time to SLA, you can set an SLA Goal as the Next Business Day. This documentation page might help you better understand how to achieve this. You may also want to check this use case (I need next…

The integration of Dashboard Hub and Time to SLA marks a groundbreaking revolution!!!

An update on this issue Reporter History Panel can be minimized by clicking the Hide link, which becomes visible when hovering over the panel. The team is actively working on this feature to allow it to be either completely disabled or customizable to user preferences.
-
Hi @J S S S Bharath Using the default features of Jira, you can only address the first requirement. Utilizing the createdDate and reporter/creator fields in JQL searches allow you to find issues created within a specific timeframe by a particular user: createdDate >= startOfMonth() AND createdDate <= endOfMonth() AND…

I'm glad it's useful.

Now, I saw in the other thread, that it is a JMWE post function that set that. We narrowed down, I suppose.

How do you set those values? When are those values of 5 or 10 set?
-
How do you update that number field? Do you use a transition screen to update the value of the field? Or do you update the field directly from the edit screen / inline edit?

Hi @Bektas Ozan Topkaya I am assuming that you've already removed the last part of your query and searched with only "goback-connector = 10" and still you had the same problems. If you already tried that and it did not work, then it strongly indicates an indexing problem. It's good to inspect the Jira logs for any error…

Oh, that's disappointing. Nevertheless, I appreciate your efforts.

Hi @Zetty Have you received any feedback from the team?

I've got dozens of VHS and miniDV cassettes that I've been itching to convert into digital formats! Sadly, I don't have the equipment to watch them, but I'm on the hunt for a trusted paid-service that can help me out.

Hi @Amen Yeung Thank you for your response and for submitting the support ticket. I've reviewed the ticket and noticed that it has already been resolved.

I see, unfortunately this is the only workaround I have :(

Hi @Sai Welcome to the Community! Please take it with a pinch of salt! Here it says; You can create up to 50 custom fields in your project.

Thank you @Jimmy Seddon , How on earth do you manage to put together such an excellent round-up? @Andy Gladstone You took the words right out of my mouth :)

Hi @Mark Matchynski Have you tried encoding "=" in the URL? jql=filter%3D1234 I am not sure but adding "order by" to the URL might also help you fix the problem jql=filter%3D1234%20ORDER%20BY%20key%20ASC

"sla" = paused() returns all issues in which the 'sla' is applicable and in paused condition. So, I trust it is returning accurate results in your both case.
