No worries, I hope it was helpful. The components that you can use in that section are limited. Refer to the issue context documentation from here.

Hi @Subhadip Welcome to the Community! For moving it to the right-side panel, you’ll need to use a different context within the Forge manifest. You’ll need to update the module type to jira:issueContext I highly recommend visiting the Atlassian Developer Community for more detailed discussions and assistance. You can also…

That's strange, the devil is in the details. I can't reproduce it though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
-
Could you please check custom field (OSP) context. If the field is restricted to specific issue types or projects, it may not appear in the Advanced Roadmaps Plan, I suppose.

Hi @Shevondalyn Robinson Where do you use this code? I don't know what script this is and if it supports ROUND function but I'd ensure parentheses are properly placed to group the calculations correctly ROUND(([entry.date2.timestamp] - [now]) / 86400000, 2)

Netscape was my favorite browser too! It's like a vintage vinyl record—classic :) I remember when waiting for a page to load.

Hello again, below is the usage of dueDateField and dueDateValue. Let me know if you have any problems def duedateField = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObjects(14233L) def duedateValue = dateFormat.parse(issue.getCustomFieldValue(duedateField).toString()) def dueDate = addDaysExcludingWeekends(duedateValue, daysToAdd)

Hi @Adam Marcinek Welcome to the Community! I think you have to use an app for this purpose. I'd suggest using the Enhancer Plugin's Status Entry User custom field. This will allow you to define Developer and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) user fields and easily assign the issue in your Automation. These fields will also…

I am not sure, but would this work? FILTER(A, item -> NOT(IN_ARRAY(B, item)))

Hello @Deep Amin Welcome to the Community! The error you're facing can be tricky to debug, especially since it worked for some time and then started failing. There should be some change related to your code or the environment but what I'd first ensure that the issue ID or key you are trying to access is correct and…

Hi @Bibin George That's weird, but I'd first ensure that the Story Points field is configured correctly in the field configuration scheme associated with the projects you're including in your Plan. If everything is as it needs to be, I'd then check the field mapping in your Plan settings to ensure that Story Points field…

Hi @Steven Codd Welcome to the Community! This might have several reasons, these are what I'd have a look. * Check for Automation Rules. There may be an automation rule in place that assigns issues automatically when they are created or something like that. * Check the Workflow. It’s possible that the workflow associated…

Hi @Nicolas Andika I didn't notice anything wrong with your statement. Here are a few corrections below. The match() function returns an array of matches or returns null if there’s no match. This means you should check if the result is not null rather than relying on the function returning true or false. So, I'd use the…

Hi @Rob Carnesecca Welcome to the Community! I am not an expert on this, so please take it with a pinch of salt. 1. Is there a way to interact with the virtual agent through direct messages instead of a public or private channel? 2. Some virtual agents or custom Slack bots can be configured to ignore messages from users…

Thank you, as usual!

This is the import statement you will need import com.atlassian.jira.issue.attachment.CreateAttachmentParamsBean;

Hi @Sophie Welcome to the Community! Here is some code that may shed some light, though it hasn't been tested. I hope it helps you achieve your goal. linkedIssues.each { linkedIssue -> if (linkedIssue.projectObject.key == "SUP") { latestAttachments.each { attachment -> def file =…

Hi @Megan D Have you had a chance to try the updated code?
-
Hi @Okan Zengin I don't think there is a direct page showing that, but I suggest checking the Audit logs (if you have Admin permissions). * To do this, go to Jira Settings and click on the gear icon on the top right. Then select System * Click on Audit Log and try to find when you installed the application or created a…

Hi, Sorry for the late response, I was away! Did you add the import line for Calendar? import java.util.Calendar Also, could you please use this one? def addDaysExcludingWeekends(Date startDate, int days) { Calendar cal = Calendar.getInstance() cal.setTime(startDate) while (days > 0) { cal.add(Calendar.DAY_OF_MONTH, 1) if…

I was 20 when I decided to learn to swim. I floated on an inflatable seabed, practicing my strokes far from shore. Suddenly, I heard a "tssssss"—the seabed was deflating! Panicked, I started "swimming" toward the coast, which looked more like hitting/kicking the sea. Exhausted after a few minutes, I let myself sink a bit,…

I haven't started using it either. To be honest, I hate the idea of submitting proof of attendance. Shouldn't it be an automatic process? Anyway, I trust it will be, wait for it

Hi @Megan D First of all, I must admit I'm a bit envious that you have 3-day weekends including Fridays :D Below, I tried to write some code/functions that could provide some help, please be aware that I haven't tested the code, this is just a sample code that might help you achieve your goal. // function which return how…

I’m voting for Cornetto Classico, just like @Dave Mathijs

@Derya Ozdemir _Appfire_ Thanks for this content!

Hi @Shailesh Dhawale The attached screenshot doesn't provide enough information to understand the root cause of your script issue. Could you please share the related stack trace from your atlassian-jira.log file along with the code used in your scripted field?
