Do you have an example of what "not formatted properly" looks like? Depending on where you are seeing the links resolved, you may be able to disable it. For example, link cards can be converted to regular cards (with no link resolution), but it can't be disabled for attachments.
-
Just updating here: we've shipped support for start date in triggers and in actions.
-
Ah, if you need all the cards, you'll want to use something like: api.trello.com/1/boards/:idBoard/cards?badges=true&fields=id,badges&filter=visible Some notes: - use filter to narrow down the cards you're fetching, "open" is all cards that are not archived, but includes cards in lists that are archived, "visible" is all…
-
If you use the card API, there's a thing called "badges" ( api.trello.com/1/cards/:cardId/badges or api.trello.com/1/cards/:cardId?badges=true ) That includes `checkItems` and `checkItemsChecked` values, from which it should be really easy to calculate a percentage.

https://trello.com/trust is probably your best bet

You have to use the "Due date" trigger in the left hand side Butler menu: Then you can create a command like:
-
There's a "Shared with team" checkbox for each button in Butler, which you can enable, to share your buttons with the team.
-
Hey Laura, To get access to the custom field conditions/filters on a rule trigger, you need to enable the "Advanced" toggle, which will give you access to the little filter/funnel button on the triggers. We're working on updating our Butler docs at the moment - I'll forward this to the team, to make sure we cover this!…
-
Oh okay I think what's actually happening, is that the "convert all the items in checklist 'Procesos' into linked cards copying labels" is triggering the same rule again, which is what causes the errors. Basically when the rule executes, it'll add the label to each card created from a check item, which in turn triggers the…
-
My guess is that you have another rule that adds the label that triggers this rule? That's what'd be causing the looping.
-
Seems like there's a typo in the Public Name in your friend's account - which is what you are seeing in Trello. They can edit this at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
-
You should raise a support request at trello.com/contact -> "Ask Trello support" - they'll be able to take a look at the board (after you grant permission) and work out what's going on.
-
Hey @Ken Lambert I recently wrote about how I do this with Butler: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Using-Trello-Butler-to-track-home-maintenance-tasks/ba-p/1622658 It sounds like you want a rule like the one described here:…

Hey @Els Liekens You've probably accidentally created a new account, and all your boards are still hanging out in your old account. Go back into your emails from Trello and check which email address your previous notifications were sent to (the "To:" field in the email). Use that to log into Trello. Felix
-
There is a limit, but it's not a published one, and it may change down the track. In your scenario, I'd maybe try making an account for each machine, and just leaving that logged, instead of having a single account for all machines. Would need to add each "machine account" to the relevant boards as well. Would highly…

Trello sessions don't expire, as long as they are being used. There is a limit to the number of active sessions we allow though - any chance your users are sharing an account? If so, once a new login session is created, the oldest session is evicted - if you're account sharing, this means someone will get logged out. Note…

@Keary Norciothose are the Jira actions, which you can see after defining a trigger. Easiest way to see it is to go into "Card buttons" -> "Create Button" -> Jira:
-
Butler only triggers based on actions inside of Trello. If you want to trigger automation from actions occurring in Jira, you'll need another tool, like Automation for Jira.
-
Hey @Shu You can see your Butler usage by opening the power-up, clicking on "Account", then the usage will be displayed. Note that Butler will also send you a notification once you reach 80% of your command run quota, and another if you reach 100%.
-
You probably have the Card Aging power-up enabled, which will fade cards without activity. Click on "Show Menu" in top right, then look in the "Power-Ups" section.
-
Hey @Greger I work on the team working on Butler, and we're aware y'all want this! We do too, and we're working on supporting start dates in Butler. I'll update you here once it's available :)
-
You'll need to use the "the moment a card with an incomplete due date is due" trigger in the "Due date" section of Butler. You can add the "with an incomplete due date" part to the command by using the little funnel/filter icon on the trigger. Make sure you have the "Advanced" toggle on the top right enabled, so you can…
-
@milynnuscurrently not a public one, no. I'll raise it with the team and see if we'd consider making one though.
-
Thanks for confirming! I can reproduce that issue - I'll see if we can get that fixed!
-
@milynnusturns out that's a new thing :) We shipped a change to Butler recently that enables creating a new card from any command type. Glad to see it's already coming in handy!
-
Hey @Adrian Chirveches , thanks for reporting this usability issue. Just to confirm: are you talking about the tab order when using the Custom Fields power-up (like in the screenshot)? Or in the account/profile settings? Thanks, Felix
-
Hey @Joan Vidal - thank you for pointing this out. I've forwarded this message to the Android app team, and they've created a bug for this, to be addressed in a future update. If the language you've got configured isn't supported, the Trello app will currently fall back to this "pseudo locale", instead of English (as you'd…

If it's caused by Butler, the "archived card" action (in the right hand side "Activity" log) should have a "via Butler" tag next to the time the action on it. It could also be the 'c' keyboard shortcut, which will archive a card when pressed either while hovering over the card, or while the card is open.
-
Not exactly a card template, but you can use Butler to add a card description, members, labels, and most other things to a card when it's added. For example, you could have a rule like: when a card is added to the board, set the card's description to "**My Template**\n\nthis is a template description, please fill it in!"
