Yes. You can have multiple different people on a board as a single board guest. A member only becomes billable if they are on at least 2 of that team's boards.
-
Hey @Branko Algoet Yes, you can absolutely control the people in the "rotation". To do so, create another card, called something that matches the role of the people you're assigning. For example "Reviewers". Then, add the people you want to include in the rotation to that card. In Butler, you'd then click the little…

Hi @[deleted] Please contact your support team via the "Ask Trello Support" button on http://trello.com/contact They'll be able to sort this out for you!

will shared card and button usage always count to the individual? On a board that is not in a paid team, yes the quota will be taken from the member using the button, not the member who created the button. On boards in paid teams, the quota is taken from the team's pooled quota.
-
If Person A leaves the board & team, their rules, due date and scheduled commands will no longer run. The shared card and board buttons on that board would still be available, and they would draw from the quota of the user clicking the button. All of this only applies to boards in Free (non-paid) Teams. In paid teams, the…

You will be charged for any members that are on more than one of your Business Class team's boards. So long as you don't add the members to the team, and you don't add any member to more than one of the team's boards, you won't be charged. See How Billing Works with Trello Business Class

Hey @Paula Granelli You can set this up using the little "filter" (funnel) icon on the trigger. It'd look something like this: Note that if the rule is set up like this, Branch has to be set after Species for the rule to trigger (because the rule will only trigger based on the Branch field being set, and is conditional on…

Hey @[deleted] check out this question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Siri-voice-command/qaq-p/973275 TL;DR; you can do this using the iOS shortcuts app. Felix

Hi @georgie This sounds like the new Team Table View. Requires Business Class or Enterprise though. Felix

Hey @Sande Olson , Yes, that's possible - check out the help docs on variables in Butler: https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables In the context of a Board Button however, you likely won't have a card in context to pull a card name/link from. If you meant a Card Button then you will. Alternatively you could look…
-
Hey @Rafus Kie This rule is probably not working, because you're not creating a card with the red "check" label. You're likely creating a card, then adding the red "check" label later, right? Test that theory by creating a card with a red label. To do that, click on "Add Card", then enter the card title, followed by a…

Hey @Dominic P_ You didn't miss anything, the Card Aging power-up (among some others, like Maps) don't use the public power-up framework, but are built into the Trello client, so that they can manipulate the card's styles. Felix
-
Hey @Andreas Ziebold I think what you're looking to do would look something like this: The crux being the "find a card with link {triggercardlink}" action, to bring the button's context of the following actions back to the card that you triggered the button on. Hope that helps, Felix
-
Hey @Cliff Russell As @Soumyadeep Mandal - SaM mentioned, you can't move the button. The shortcut is a nice way to quickly create a card below another one. You can also open the card creator in a specific spot by double clicking the list, in between the cards you want to create. Felix

If you'd like to use native emoji (which you are if you're copy/pasting from Emojipedia), there's some keyboard shortcuts to pop open the emoji picker: On Mac: Control + Command + Space (⌃ + ⌘ + Space) On Windows: Windows Key + . These shortcuts should pop open a emoji picker, and they are built into your operating system,…

I think the problem is that you've added a ":" into the report variable. Your rule should be: every day at 11:30 pm, create a report in variable "Report" with all cards, and send an email notification to "EMAIL ADDRESS" with subject "Report" and message "${Report}" The variable is "Report", not "Report:" 😄 Hope that helps,…

Hi Fernandes, I'm not sure what you're trying to do is easily (or efficiently) doable with Butler. Can you describe your workflow a little? Linking every card in a list with every other card in the list is not a workflow I've seen used before, and it seems like it'll get a bit unwieldy pretty quickly. If you're trying to…

Does it happen with (all) the Chrome extensions disabled? (Probably easiest to try in an incognito window, or just another browser)

I don't think having multiple "in list" filters works - it's an "AND" filter not an "OR" filter, and because cards can only be in a single list (not in "Pending" AND in "Doing"), Butler won't match any cards. Do you need to specify the list names at all, or would it be viable to just move all cards with the green "Done"…

Hey @Victor Dorado, Thank you for reporting this! I'll forward this to a team member currently working on notification emails. I hope we can resolve this for you soon!
-
@Lauren Bernstein we think we've resolved this issue, and it should no longer be happening. Are you getting the exact same message? ("Change not saved: failed to sync with the Trello server.") If so, please reach out to support so we can diagnose this issue with you. From what I can tell based on Trello's logs, the…

Hi Stephen, yes, about a month ago, the implementation for Butler commands for 'due date' type rules changed, which may affect command quota consumption, depending on your use-case. We made this change to address some issues caused by the previous implementation, centered around retries, as well as fixing some bugs in…

Hey @Julien S. @Colleen Mosley, We're looking into this issue right now and trying to figure this out. Somehow this issue was resolved for Mckaylah, but we're not really sure how, and not yet sure what's causing it. I'm digging into this today and will update this thread once we figure it out. Thanks for the patience, and…

What's the task you needed Butler to do? I work on the team responsible for Butler, and curious about how we can better serve users, paid or not.

Hi, you may want to check out https://help.trello.com/article/1170-butler-bot-vs-power-up - the "Butler Bot" integration is no longer supported for new users, only the newer Integration is supported. Note that Butler does not take up a power-up slot on your board, and should already be enabled - see the button highlighted…

Hey Rita, sorry to hear you're having this problem with the API. Could you provide the Trello API URL you're using? Make sure you remove the key and token values from the URL, and any IDs too. For example: https://api.trello.com/1/boards/{id}?fields=id&cards=visible&key=DO_NOT_INCLUDE&token=DO_NOT_INCLUDE That'll help us…

Thanks for the clarification & suggestion - will share with the team!

Hey Eric, you can do this with the Calendar power-up in Trello. Check out https://help.trello.com/article/829-using-trello-with-google-calendar for more info.

Hey John, depending on if the card already has a cover set, the button may either be on the top right of the card-back, or (if none is set) it'll be in the "Add to Card" section at the bottom.
