I'm still supporting this concept, but can't I see the added value over a simple page with a Children Display macro or an app with even better functionality? With our app (Advanced Content Navigator), you can insert a page tree with many actions (set status, see unread pages, filter, save view, show tasks, preview page,…

Great news! There have been some nice new content types recently. How about adding API support for them? Currently, the API only supports pages, no whiteboard, no folder, and no smart link. Please consider implementing these into a non-deprecated API instead of the v1 one. Also, folders should have a customizable home page!

Hey @Mark Stansberry , I came up with a different approach. Our app, Advanced Content Navigator, can highlight changes for you (page updates and new pages). -
Hi @Tommy Poulsen , Our app, Advanced Content Navigator, can do something like that. With our flexible panels, you can open page history and save that view. This is obviously a bit overkill for a large space, but it may solve the original problem: quickly check a version for a page (by clicking only 1 per page). Also, you…
-
Hi @Elisabeth Haeck , Custom statuses can not be deleted, since they are pinned to the user, and no other users can "reuse" them. So basically they are colorful labels only, while space-level statuses are managed by the space administrator. It is something like a company managed/team managed project in Jira, you have the…

And sometimes for threads like this! :D This is Advanced Children Display for Confluence, where you can show a page tree for any confluence space, mark unread pages, open panels for…

Hey, Filtering our page tree based on some data (status or label) is something we already considering. Can you verify my understanding, if there would be an option to show pages in the tree with specific label/status, that would solve your problem, after you would label you pages properly? Would whitelisting be enough…

Hey, Its enough if 1 person set this up, and others can view it (even without edit permission). This person can be a simple user, don't need to be an admin either. As an admin or page owner, you can even save the "status of openness", which means you can close subtrees, open panels, enable/disable unread changes, then…
-
Hi @joss.basaldu , with our app, Advanced Content Navigator, you can not only link pages, but page trees, from a starting point you select! Hi @Carrie Geyer , Creating 5 different space might solve the problem, since you can handle permissions by space completely different way. In a layer deeper, you might want to create 1 space, with 5 main pages, and organize the content below these 5 main pages. Any way, we have an app named Advanced Content Navigator for…
