Hi @tony.palombo You can find them inside the support zip file. To generate one follow the steps on this page. https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html Then look for this file inside the zip, /application-logs/atlassian-confluence.log

hi @Enoch To

Hi @Isabella Rocha Have you verified the page or space still exists in Confluence?
-
I finally broke down and used the thing that makes any picture sing. I am now accepting offerings to not post the videos on the internet.
-
Never, and my first time will be when no other solution exists.
-
Thanks @Anahit Sukiasyan
-
Congrats!
-
Hi @Martin Neal I'd go through the SSO configuration and see if it just needs to be configured again for the new version of Confluence. https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/saml-single-sign-on-for-atlassian-data-center-applications-857050705.html

Hi @DOJO Are you on the Cloud or Datacenter? Please share the error you are getting as well as how you are authenticating via your script.
-
Hi @Mora Ramos Speak with your Atlassian admin and ask them to create a space for you, or ask to become a Space administrator for your organization.
-
I would say the creation of AI required a lot of imagination.
-
Hi @Robert Forster The workflow is the correct place if you are looking to prevent an action. Automation can revert the transition, but it's not preventing it. The automation you posted looks like the proper approach, however, we need to see the log file to determine what part is not working for you.

Hi @Marcelo Viana de Siqueira I wonder if you are having issues due to this Jira 10.2: New login experience with two-step verification To improve the security of the Jira login experience, we’ve added a second authentication layer. If you experience any issues with the new login process, you can switch to the legacy login…

-
Hi @Angela Determan Have you looked into Confluence Databases? https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/databases
-
just the string
-
Hi @Dylan Shukster You pass the user by account ID as you are trying to do. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-watchers/#api-rest-api-3-issue-issueidorkey-watchers-post The examples aren't great but they are expecting the account ID as the string in "<string>"
-
Hi @Veronica Fulbright That is odd, not something I have seen. None of the menus down the left side do anything? Have any projects been created on this site yet?
-
Hi @Nitin S. Joshi Permissions changed a lot between DC and cloud, so much so that there is a whole certification for it :) Managing groups is available as a Confluence Admin and Site Admin, so if you are ok with adding Space Admins as Confluence Admins they will be able to manage groups again. If not, then it is a burden…

Hi @Devoney Dean @Andy Gladstone answered this best a few years ago here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/About-changing-the-timezone-in-confluence-cloud/qaq-p/1976239 Basically this is a user setting that you would set yourself and/or ask your colleagues to set.
-
Hi @Venus Admin @Trudy P Claspill is correct. You will need to stand up server again, then migrate from server to cloud. Depending on the version of your server this may be tricky and I also recommend reaching out to a partner. I refer to Trudy's disclosure as I also work for a partner and display it in my user name.
-
It's by Atlassian. The Bundle releases are a way to slow down the churn of changes that we get while on a cloud platform. It allows us admins to review and communicate upcoming changes to our user base.
-
My first one was a red car that would go forward in a straight line and reverse to the right. Something like this.
-
I keep myself amused.
-
After the holidays and coming back from conferences, this is about as clean as my desk will get for a while.
-
Hi @samar.dajani-brown It depends. You can look at the workflow from the issue.
-
Hi @abhishek_sharma03 Good luck in presenting Cloud to your client. The main difference I see is that DC features, including Automation, are mainly stagnant while the Cloud is always improving. With DC they would have to wait for a new release and upgrade to get new features and improvements.
-
Hi @Edward Wong Your admins are most likely correct, and the only things you could do is to wait for the feature to be part of the bundle or beg and/or bribe your admins to go back to the non-bundled release.

You can look in the Marketplace. I don't like recommending one Marketplace vendor over another, as I partner with many. Here is a search link. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=snowflake&product=confluence
-
Hi @Trinath Sripathi You would need a 3rd party Marketplace app to connect to Snowflake. Doing a quick search there is at least one available. It offers a trial, you could test if it meets your needs.
